Even though they moved me to 3 different rooms, the air conditioning is all below par. I would prefer to use their thick blanket to its full usage. The spa on the 5th level is no longer free or charge, but if you're staying there, it's 50% off. Sauna and the baths look pretty nice. Fix the AC! I have taken notes of your feedback on The path from the elevator to the rooms smelled like wet carpet with molds. The ceiling was worn down and damaged. Entering their suite room, centralized aircon was leaking and could not cool the whole room, bathroom was leaking, bed sheets, blanket and pillow looked old, worn, faded and torn. Simply the worst hotel I've had in years. I immediately transferred hotel the next day. I will share this matter to all Department Head concerned for immediate review and improvements.
