Sebagai informasi, memang Front Desk kami bekerja 24 jam, dan memang betul cek-in dan cek out dapat dilakukan kapan saja selama waktu tersebut, karena tujuannya adalah mengindikasikan ketersediaan layanan hotel, kapanpun tamu membutuhkan. Akan tetapi, agar tidak rancu mohon dapatnya dipahami, bahwa hal ini berbeda kaitannya dengan perhitungan dalam tarif permalam, atau tarif berdasarkan "jumlah hari tamu menginap". Waktu lazim untuk check-in adalah mulai pukul 2 siang, dan waktu cek-out adalah pukul 12 siang pada keesokan harinya, ini disebut dan terhitung sebagai 1 malam. Oleh karenanya, ada istilah early check-in (cek-in lebih awal), dan late check-out (cek out lebih lambat), hal tersebut merujuk kepada waktu-waktu diluar aturan jam yang telah ditentukan. Pada kondisi ideal, Manajemen akan menagihkan tarif tambahan untuk cek-in awal dan cek-out lambat. Pada kondisi lain, misalkan ada promosi tertentu, Manajemen memberikan bonus bebas biaya untuk cek-out lambat. Demikian aturan cek-in dan cek-out yang lazim dilakukan di Hotel pada umumnya, semoga informasi kami dapat diterima.
