I am terribly sorry that you feel this way. Leaving reviews like this inform other people about your opinion of the hotel, but they also help myself and the staff do better where they are lacking.Please reach out to the front desk, let them know your issues, they can definitely reconcile (within reason), and at least help the hotel grow and be better. We are sorry for your 4 out of 10, after COVID some hotels have struggled to get back to normal with room checks and service. If I’m not mistaken, you have to call the front desk to receive housekeeping services, but I could be wrong. I will inform the hotel of your concerns and they will do their best to be better in hopes that you come see us again. Thanks you.

Dear Joshua,We apologize for your disappointment in our policy. We do only charge for stained linens when the stain remover would not suffice, and it must be replaced. I hope you understand. I looked into your billing and it seems as though the stained linens included sheets, the duvet, duvet cover, pillow case, and pillow protector. Each of those had to be replaced.
