Huskisson Five Night Stay
Old motel being slowly renovated. Rooms are very spacious with really comfortable beds. Bathrooms have been updated. Appreciated the large room for our five night stay. Close to beaches, shops and cafes.

Cheap and cheerful
We liked it, 3 day's was enough, check in was easy, girls doing the cleaning were terrific, really good pool. Now as far as being modern it does need updating and it's not the Hilton but you are not paying Hilton prices

Very dated property. Crockery and cutlery might as well have been not existent - not enough of either for our stay

Location is opposite the beach however the property is somewhat run down. In the bathroom the hot and cold taps are reversed so that where you normally find the cold tap on the right is the hot tap and vice versa. This would be dangerous for children. Not sure why this would be left this way.

The first thing that hit me walking into the room was the awful damp smell. It was very old, tired and dirty. The sheets looked clean, but when you pulled them back it was dirty with stains and the pillow cover was stained also. Some of the tiles in the bathroom had come off the floor, the steel grate on the floor was rusted and broken, could easily cut your toes on it. But best of all there was inches of dust everywhere you looked, absolutely disgusting, it should be condemned. Don’t waste your money, yuk.

check in and out we’re super easy. only negative was that room 23 where we stayed had air con noise (we think) all throughout the night from other rooms, it was very loud and hard to sleep

friendly staff
place was nice, friendly staff they let me check out late after my tour and one of the ladies came out and talked to me until my Shuttle for sydney arrived and when they thought the shuttle was going to me late they offered to call for me...they were wonderful!

I have stayed here on a couple of occasions & the auto check in process is great. The location is great too, only a short walk from everything you need.

Another oldie but a goodie. Car parking at door with plenty of off road parking for our boat too. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy.

Not a good experience
We've travelled all over the world and stayed in some dodgy places - especially in our youth. Sadly this place was so bad that we forfeited the money we paid for the night and went elsewhere.
