The Registration clerk was helpful; the facility was very clean and the atmosphere was very inviting.

I didn’t like my room was far from the main entrance. The restaurant closed at 8 pm instead of 10pm. Trash outside of the rooms after 4pm.

Although they are starting to renovate, renovations are decades over due. Ugly rooms, carpet, decor. Eggs and bacon only thing worth eating. Very difficult to get in and out of as sits at junction of highways and can only enter parking lot from one side, one direction. Go elsewhere!

The hotel does have some construction going on right now but it's in good condition. I don't think hotels should charge an extra fee for breakfast.

No where was it noted that this property is literally down the road from a prison. The property is dated. Doesn’t feel clean and I’m thankful we are only here for one night. If I hadn’t pre paid, we would not have stayed.

Great service and matching food. Great value.
Food was better than most hotels. We ate both breakfast and dinner there. Service was excellent from kitchen to housekeeping to maintenance. They fixed a broken sink plug in our room and turned on their lobby fireplace so we had a cozy place to visit with friends.

Checkin system issues...
Checkin system would not allow checkin. No manager on duty. Front desk said to call hotels.com... $100 security deposit and nights charge both showed on cc app. Room was nice, clean, and quiet.

Overall quite good
The overall appearance is very nice. What’s included in the room is also quite good for the price. Cleanliness was excellent and I noticed no odd odors that some other hotels sometimes have. There were a pair of laundry washers and dryers on my floor (and presumably on every floor), but one of the dryers had powdered laundry detergent in it, so I had to wait for the other one to finish with another guest’s laundry. Also the bath towels could be a bit softer and fluffier, more plush.
