Regarding airport transfer, actually this is only miss understanding between you and our staff. Our staff asked you flight details and informed you the price of airport transfer but you only gave your flight details without confirmed our price. So our staff asked you again regarding confirmation of our price but we never received answer of our question. So, we canceled your request due to information from you is uncompleted.
