Dear Sir, Greetings from Apnayt Villa, Jodhpur We feel sorry for the inconvenience held due to toilet paper. Its our normal process to keep the two roles of toilet paper in bathroom. And we provide the extra on request FREE of cost. Also in the lobby area we have kept the box of toilet roles, if someone need can take it without any hesitation. We are feel guilty for not updating you at the time of arrival.

And due to this we haven’t employed dedicated staff for our reception. I am sorry it took a while to receive you. We are pure vegetarian and offer the vegetarian food in our house. We are extremely sorry for not offer the egg as per your request. But our free buffer breakfast is healthy and nutritious which includes corn flex/ Searle, one seasonal fruit, bread & butter/jam, one rajasthani hot Indian dish along with the tea/coffee/milk. Generally all our guest has appreciate the above menu. Please do suggest us what else’s veg item can be include in our breakfast so the European guest can enjoy their stay with us.

As you know that seeing your elderly aged mother we have upgraded FREE of charge to our Royal Suit Room from the basic Palace view Room. And this Suit room was check out just 15 minutes before your check in. We will take more care in future. For the Hot Water we have already marked in our all washrooms that before use you have to take out one bucket of cold water which is in pipeline. As we use the Hot Solar Heater. Regards

Its a small property of just 8 rooms and I myself take full care that all he rooms is clean by my staff before handing over to the guest. You may have experience that we provide Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Bread Toast, Corn-flex, One freshly cooked hot Indian dish like Poha, Upma, Idli etc along with Milk, Coffee, tea. You may have not liked our Indian dish. For which we apologize. Rest were the pre- prepared (ready made) dishes. We value your patronage and look forward to welcoming you to Apnayt Villa again. Which doctors also recommend. You have chosen our budget room and we agree that it is small. But I always check for the cleanness. May be some mistake has been from my side.
