From being I was not Booked, Then the room I was given was incorrect and I was not able to change, the Staff were pathetic (Including the Head of the Hotel); worst of all VALUABLE ITEMS were STOLEN from my room: - After Reporting valuable items going missing on the Day before my Checkout (Saturday 30/11/13) , I was under the impression that this hotel had taken my issue seriously as my Identity Book, Money, My Twist E-Cigarette, with Charger, Refills and the Box were removed from my room whilst out for 30 minutes. - On the Day of my Checkout (Sunday 01/12/13) I was again reassured that this issue will be thoroughly investigated. -On Monday - late afternoon, I received a Call from the Head of Security stating that I will be kept abreast of things daily. -Tuesday goes by, so I try calling him again at 16:00, he was not able to take my call. I left a message and my number for him to call me back, yet I never head from him that day. -On Wednesday @ 13:00, I still haven't heard anything back from Head of Security, so I call the hotel asking for him. Yet again, he was unable to take my call. But promised to call me back, again I left my Number. -Thursday, I phoned in and become adamant to speak to the Hotel head, so after 1hour of waiting I was through to The Had of Hotel Matters. According to her (whom i've never heard from or of), the investigation was inconclusive and there is NOTHING more! An investigation held 3days after the incident? I'd like to see this report...
