Oasis next to Pretoria attractions
The garden and pool gave us the feeling of being in an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Pretoria. Make sure to enjoy their buffet dinner on special weekdays. The hotel is very professional in their services as they have many conferences and are used to cater to different needs. During day we walked to a lot of the top attractions in Pretoria, and the Gau-Train station is also close by.

A relaxing stay
Good location, quiet but close to downtown. Staff helpful and accommodating. Good room and pleasant pool and garden area.

Convinient and clean hotel
The hotel is great and they are very welcoming. Their irport shuttle is cheaper than the normal cab, which is great.

GO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE
I was given a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking. The entire hotel reeked of smoke. I was told I would have to pay double for airport shuttle when the site gave a different. The internet connection was shotty at best. The breakfast was mediocre and overpriced. The hotel is a two-star hotel that is overpriced. The customer service was lousy.

Comfortable Hotel in Pretoria Central
Good place to stay in Pretoria central. Very nice and helpful staff in the hotel and breakfast restaurant. Nice garden with pool. We felt at home when we came back after a tour down south.

Always a pleasant stayat Burgers Park Hotel
I was on business in Pretoria. The hotel is centrally situated with easy access to highways and Gautrain. The hotel is well run, provides pleasant living surroundings and is comfortable. Staff are friendly and well trained.

Terrible!!!! Do not stay here!!!
Honestly, this may be the worst hotel. I have ever experienced!!!! When I arrived they did not have my reservation, they said they had never heard of Hotels.com. Finally, when they did find it they complained that I has not paid enough. The rooms are terrible, beds are old and lights did not work. They lock the hotel down at 11p, so when we returned at 11:30 p...we could not get in.. It took sly long for them to unlock the doors. This place is not even worth R200/$20 a night!!!!!!!

Very Nice Hotel BUT....
My experience did not start well at all, after booking my room through expedia and making a special request to check in late (11pm), I got to the hotel only to be sat by the reception for 45minutes because your incompetent staff could not find my booking reference because "apperantly the system of booking online is all new" which i find rather amusing for such a big hotel. To add to my 45 minutes wait just to check in I did NOT get an apology for inconveniencing me after spending most of my day travelling and knowing i had an early flight to catch back to the UK. The hotel was very nice but with little care to customer service i dont think i would recommend my friends to stay there.
