Alright got to the motel at 9:15 the front was closed no one inside I push the Bell made me walk around to the dark side of the building and check in while standing there watching the man come out with pajamas on no shoes no socks and then he give me a hard time about using Expedia said that it was too cheap then when I checked out the next morning they would not give me a receipt they said thank you leave just like that never ever will use them again and probably not Expedia either

Remodel at work
They were remodeling atm and everything was pretty new. Smell was horrible bit you get nose blind. The room was super clean and comfortable. Across the road is a burger king... DON'T EAT THERE

Stay somewhere else!
The inn was near other nicer hotels, so the area was okay. The room smelled musty, the pillows were stained and old. The towels haven't been replaced in ages. There was a smashed bug in the shower. I will never stay here again. Motel 6 is nicer!

Nasty Stinky place
This place was nasty, if I could have left without being charged I would have... Parking lot was nothing but big pot holes, the room was very out dated, smelled of mold, bed was hard as a rock, a/c heater was old and barely heated the room mind you it was like 20 degrees the night of my visit.. Very dissatisfied...

Absolute discussing. Brought the cockroach i found to the front desk to show them and to see if I could get any money back. Dude man proceeded to squish the cockroach with his finger on the front desk and tell me it's not so bad and he can't do anything for me except check me out. The swipes the roach onto his desk and squishes it some more and said at least it's not bed bugs. Wow... Still feels like I have critters crawling under my skin.

Did not feel safe.
Booked online b/c it was 1/5 that accepted pets and arrived 20 mins later about 7:30 p.m. Circled the whole complex but could not find the office. The pavement was severely broken up and there were no lights on in the parking lot, only on on the hotel landings. There were men hanging out in groups at the railings and some doors were wide open. One room had a weight bench. The hotel looked more like an old apt complex. I did not feel safe for my self or my car. I drove away. The survey formate does not allow to skip topics so I had to put in a rating for staff etc.

Decent, convenient and affordable.
I stayed for 3 nights and had a nice experience. The staff is very helpful and available and I did not spend a fortune.

Cable was out.Parking lot is in poor condition. No breakfast of any kind.Quality really varies in the America's Best Value Chain. I have only stayed at one good motel in this chain and that was Garden City, KS.

I want for just a solo get away. The lobby was unkept and smelled bad. Outside appearance looked bad and unkept parking lot was in deaspearate need of repaving.

Mold in bathroom, parking lot in bad shape, room was sizes for a suite there was no table chairs, and TV was old. We stay in unit for a week it would have been nice to have more seating.

America's Fairest Deal
Hard to get anyone to the front desk; but, once you did - nice and friendly. Soda machine outside was out of all sodas and waters. Room fairly clean - saw a couple minor things that could have been cleaner (ice bucket and coffee maker). Nice beds. Decent room for the great low price! No itchy bedding like at the motel 6 in same town; that has near the same cost.

Never warned about the construction
Office said my 2 girls was being to load. The place was under construction there were nuts and bolts everywhere in the parking area. It was not my favorite place at all.

It's what you pay for
I checked in just after 10 pm and felt like a criminal having to use a nasty outdated walk up window to do so. It took 20 minutes to get checked in, also. The room itself was spacious, but is in severe need of maintenance. The AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off and sweat through the night. For the price, I wouldn't have expected much better though I suppose.

After entering the room, we checked the mattress and there was a bedbug cover on it. Woke up in the morning with bed bug bites. They have bedbugs.

I had bugs in my bed and the towels were dirty. The sheets had cigarette holes on them as well. Front desk service was horrible. Not clean and property was shabby.

Hotel room stay for visit with daughter in college
The room was disgustingly DIRTY! There were holes in the walls. We had to clean the blackened doorknobs ourselves for germs! We used our own bedding since the pillows were only an inch thick and everything else was so dirty we did not trust the bed to be clean. We waited until we arrived back home to shower. If we hadn't made this reservation and had plans with our daughter, we would have driven back home instead of staying. How is this place still in business and on Travelocity's list at all?

I would not return!
From a cleanliness standpoint, which is for me the highest priority, it was acceptable, but nothing to brag about. The room also had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. But from a "detail" standpoint, it was hurting. No face towels, only one half a roll of toilet paper which was cutting it close, no extra pillows or blankets, no hair dryer, no lotion or conditioner and only one individual foil packet of shampoo (there were two of us), only one coffee pack (no decaf) and one of the small condiment packages had already been opened and used. Evidently the phone did not work since we called the front desk and wake up call, and got no ring, dial tone or any kind of sound.

DON'T TRUST THE PHOTO. THEY HAVE NO BREAKFAST.
THEY HAVE NO BREAKFAST even though they show a photo named "Breakfast Area" with toaster and waffle maker. It's disappointing. They have good desk to work with laptop. Internet connection was slow but stable, so I think this hotel is good to stay for business, though they deceived me with confusing photo.

Not Pleased
The room was not clean. Something was either in the mattress or sheets and blankets that made both of us stuffed up. We both had horrible headaches and left the hotel at 6 am just to get out. We both decided it will not be a get away place again.

Very Clean
Outside of building appeared dated. I questioned my decision to book here at first. But when it was all said and done, I was very very pleased. The rooms were very updated and extremely clean. The management was exceptional.

I booked this hotel knowing that it was indeed called "America's Best Value Inn", that the rates were so ridiculously low that there was no way the quality could match, and knowing that the property had been around since I was a child and that it wasn't all that great then. In other words: I set the bar ridiculously low. And yet, they redefined a low bar. The first thing I did when I entered the room was to pull the curtain closed, and the rod immediately came off in my hands. Clearly, I do not know my own strength. The furniture looked like it had been purchased at the Jonesboro Goodwill - with scratches, dents, and even screw holes in the top of the main cabinet. The bed itself had a main blanket with holes in it. The pillows were nothing more than air-filled fabric pouches that had been compressed down so much - that they resembled seat cushions you find at the football game. Shampoo came in packets (not bottles), and the fridge was mysteriously placed on the vanity so that it could share a 2 outlets with 3 other appliances (you do the math). This hotel had a major case of "don't cares" -- as in -- nobody involved with the hotel seems to have put any time and effort into the place's upkeep. And that's a shame.
