The free breakfast wasn’t great but I’m giving this hotel 5 stars anyway because the staff was SO nice! Every employee we encountered was lovely. We had a large room for the price, and everything was very clean. And Starbuck’s DoorDashed directly to our room - breakfast solved.

We stayed one night before viewing the solar eclipse! The staff was pleasant but the facilities were poor. Our room was spacious and very strangely laid out. The toilet was in a separate room from the sink, which was fine--except you walked through the living room to get to the sink. There were two televisions, but neither remote worked. And to top it off, the light in the room with the sink flashed off and on after being turned off--our own strobe light all night long--and there was no door to close between the bedroom and the room with the sink. The pillows were tiny squares--like what you might expect as a throw pillow. It was just bizarre--we had to laugh! But I would recommend finding another hotel.

Our room faced the busy highway and there was quite a bit of noise including some noisy guests that came to the parking lot around 1:30 am and I could hear them plainly. 4 women that were drunk and 2 of them were falling down in the parking lot.

A/C in my room did not work. I checked in late, so I did not want to change rooms. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6 and whomever prepares breakfast was not even there at 6, so no breakfast for me. Room and property were nice enough, but the a/c and breakfast situation are unacceptable.

Quick stop on oir travels for one night. Quick check in. Room was great size for price. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean. Towels were thick and good size. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast. Woukd stay again!

I had never stayed there before. Convenient and staff was helpful. I didn’t try the free breakfast but it smelled good. My complaints: 1) internet for phone (thankfully it worked on computer when I needed it to) wasn’t connecting. Easier to use 5G. 2) Lighting- no central lighting in rooms, just lamps. Even with all on I needed more light to read and it made the room seem a bit dingy. Would stay again.

Very pleased
I was very pleased with the Best Western Plus in Jonesboro. The accomadations were excellent and the staff friendly and pleasant. I will defiantly book this again the next time I am in Jonesboro.

My room was roomy and easy accessible. It is obvious that it is old and the tile floors in the bathroom were dirty and the toilet was loose and rocked. The food bar was lacking in what they were putting out and did not prepare enough for all of their guests. They ran out of bowls for the cereal.

The stay started off fine. The staff assigned a room with room key. The first night went without incident. The second night the staff had reassigned the room to someone else about midnight. The quests tried to enter the room. When confronting the staff about the incident, the proceeded to blame us of being in the wrong room. Wonder how when they assigned the room and key card.

It was a nice and convenient stay. After being on the road for quite some time, it was nice to find a nice, clean place to stay and with a Cracker Barrel a very short walk away!

Stay away
It’s dirty inside and out. Tried to get breakfast but all the employees cut in front and took all the food. They are rude and will never stay at another BW again.

I hated the blue/gray interior color and carpet. It looks exactly like my workplace which was last remodeled in the 1980’s.

When I arrived the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation. Then once I finally checked in and went up stairs to use the restroom. He called my room and told me to re move my car. Next morning for breakfast they ran out of food and the lady was complaining she was moving as fast as he could. I will not be back

Very disappointed!
Staff was very friendly & showed good customer service. However… Shower curtain was missing. Freezer of refrigerator was frozen solid. Floor tiles were slippery. Duvet/comforter edges were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed for some time. Entire hotel had an air freshener smell that was extremely overdone. We won’t choose this hotel on our next visit.

property was poorly maintained as in not repaired but made do with less expensive repairs. breakfast was a little different with the help eating while replenishing the self service food .without the staff being behind the counter you couldn't identify any of them. maid staff members gathered in the the portico smoking and bs's on their break.overall your motel could have been in a third world country.just my opinion and you asked for it

I’d stay again but bring 1 or 2 of my own pillows!
I wish I would have had full size pillows instead of those 4 small square pillows on my king bed. Better lighting in the bedroom and living room/ seating area would be nice. All in all it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed but definitely not the best either.

Not much rest.
The hotel was older but clean. Our beds were extra firm. The smell of weed was strong both nights. Breakfast was decent. Due to being near the highway the noise level was high.
