The staff was very nice however our room apparently had water damage of some sort previously in the bathroom. The facing of the sink was rugged, peeling and severely damaged. Just outside the door the bathroom there was a strong odor of mildew/mold. Breakfast is supposed to run til 10 but by 8am they had run out of coffee. We felt no need to gripe to the staff the condition of the hotel is not their fault but for health purposes the mold/mildew issues within the hotel should be taken care of.

The receptionist was doing the best he could with a terrible situation. The motel was under renervation. We were allocated a room that was not it use on the first floor, no evevator. Had to be assigned a different room that was 'smoking'. Bath tub floor was VERY slippery, dangerous for elderly people.

This was a port in a storm for the eclipse. The bathroom ceiling had a severely water damaged section of broken sheetrock that looked like an upstairs room had leaked through. The carpets were stained and worn. The mattress was hard as a rock. That said, I would've given them a much higher rating if we had not paid 4x the normal rate for the night's stay. It is probably on par with other locations for under $100/night.

Our room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping replaced our towels daily and fluffed our pillows daily. Although our room was in a non-smoking area, people next door or across the hall were smoking marijuana and/or vapes and the smell was awful in our room and hallway. The receptionist “tried to contact” them then brought industrial room deodorizer. We checked out early because of it being “allowed.” Continental breakfast was danishes, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, bananas, coffee, and juice. It was a good stay for the first 3-4 nights. It is conveniently located to restaurants and stores. There is no elevator so if you are on 2nd floor, the stairs are inside.

Hall stunk, had a smell hard to explain, beds were uncomfortable, toilet was very small looked like a kids toilet, shower leaked when turned on, if your tall be prepared to bend down low to take a shower..toilet seat was loose, we had to buy air freshener to make room smelled good..had to stay ....that was the cons..the pros were it was quiet, convenient to shopping, very nice at check in and check out..

Decent place to stay
It was pretty clean, and check in and out was easy and clerks were nice. Only downfall was the entire place smells like smoke, even our non-smoking room. Other than that it was good.

Because of emergency i requested for cancel but Expedia refused. I called to Hotel management they said we are ready to refund , call Expedia first. When i called Expedia they lied and blamed on hotel. So i will never use Expedia to book hotel , Expedia didn't refund my money $107 dollars, i will not recommend to use Expedia in future. Expedia is rascal app. Terrible experience. First and last experience with Expedia.

Very convenient to the freeway with IHOP restaurant nearby. Confusing access to property and unappealing area around property. The photo bears no relation to this motel. No elevator for access to our second floor room. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bed was very good.

Our room was clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortable with clean linens and afforded a restful sleep. Shower was nice with adjustable shower head. In-room coffee maker available and working properly. There was no ironing board or iron, even though there were hangars. But, even MORE importantly, when I got into the room itself and went to go to the restroom and take a shower, there was a HUGE roach in the middle of the bathroom floor. The lighting in the room was dark. one of the lamps flat out didn’t work. boths nights i was there, it sounded like there was construction going on overhead, after 10 pm. I won’t stay there again.

Carpet was sticky. Had to get towels and put down so shoes would not stick to floor. Staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast was fine by the time I got there at 8:00. Would not recommend and would not stay there again.

Upon arrival at the front desk, the clerk was occupied looking at her cell phone. I was standing directly in front of her for 4 or 5 minutes. I stood there holding my hanging clothes and she never uttered a word to acknowledge my presence. I was pre-registered and I was given a room that smelled like a dirty ashtray. I went back to the clerk and asked for a non-smoking room. She said I requested a smoking room on my pre-registration. I may have accidently omitted or checked a wrong box when I booked on-line, but I certainly didn't want a smoking room. She said "that is what happens when you book on-line." It became cool in the evening and I turned the thermostat to heat. When the heater came on, it started to smoke and smelled like plastic burning. It made the smoke detector to start chirruping. I turned the heat off and let the fan clear the air. It was cold in that room during the night, but I wasn't risking causing another smoke alarm to be activated. The next morning about 5:00 a.m. I mentioned to another desk clerk about the heater and his reply was "it does that every winter when they are turned to heat."

If you pay with cash there is a $60 hold on your card so that needs to be known. We had a pretty good visit though! our bathroom sink did stay clogged a little and the floors in the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. If you look forward to to continental breakfast it’s not here.. more like a grab and go kind of breakfast We were disappointed in that

The hotel could use some more modern updates. Our linen smelled like urine and had to be exchanged. Breakfast could have a few more options. The check in was fast and we were able to check in early. The staff was friendly and accommodating

We have stayed at Super 8 many times and have always been satisfied with our stay. This time however, no so much. In the early evening there was a loud noise from the hallway. It sounded as though someone was yelling and kicking our door. We had no idea why. The rest of the night people slamming doors, talking loud, and upstairs it sounded like someone was running or stomping all night. It just shows a lot of patrons have no respect for the other guests just looking for a quiet stay. Our room: it was so musty we both coughed all night long and woke up with headaches. The microwave didn't work and the remote only turned the TV on and off and allowed you to control the volume. To change TV channels you had to start at channel 3 and click through every channel. This I realize sounds petty but the last two stays we've overlooked TV's microwaves not working and it does eventually become frustrating especially when the hotel is so noisy the entire stay that you can't rest. The mustiness is worriesome though.

The towels were cheap, non- absorbent. The power went out on half of our room. The breakfast needs to be promoted as 'continental'.
