Dear Claude, Thnak you for writing us this review. Upon arrival you were given a water. and We pointed out a store to you that is less than a quater mile from the motel as we do not sell and food or drinks. We are sorry for any inconveniences .

We are not sure who Loran is because the booking was not made under Nora ( who is writing this review) for this reservation. at the point of check in we noted that this was a king bed and also two individuals was allowed to be in ( that had to be registered hotel guests) The booker insisted on have two other guests in the rom to use the shower and hang out during the day. which the hotel allowed as they were the booker of this reservation. after the request for towels, it was provided on the subsequent two days of the stay for two guests that check into the room. The guests that stayed in the room had several conversations with the manager and at all times was happy with the room and the property.

Hi Richard sorry that the harmony was not a good fit for you. We realized that you preferred a chain hotel and offered you a free cancellation but you insisted on stay at the harmony. Too bad you did not make use of the pool, hot tub, common area and the outdoor patio with great views. We had explained you in detail how to operate the T.V and channels. Travel safe and be happy.

Dear Albert thank you for writing us this review and we are sorry that the harmony was not the right fit for you. The view from the room that you stayed in is of desert landscapes and clearly desert mountain, the fencing in no way blacks this view from the room that you stayed in, Views are very clear from your patio and from your room on the east side as the room has large windows that displays beautiful desert views even from the kitchen. Our fencing around the property is made from recycled Desert corrugated iron and wood, fencing that is very sustainable. The heating in the room is perfect as we tested the heater based on your complains worked perfectly (we also had guests stay after your stay no complains). You checked in early, you had enough time to address all of this with the manager on duty this is also stipulated on our check in instructions as the managers phone number is provided or the 2nd option (dialing, 0 and calling into the office), as there are phones in the room. Furthermore, some of our guests don't like using the heater and request more blankets that we provide.travel safe and stay happy.

Hi Lisa, Thanks for writing us a review. We are sorry for any inconvenience that you experienced. But lets travelers know both sides of the story on this platform. From the moment you stepped into the office you were unhappy as you assumed that there will be no WIFI, to which the front desk clerk showed the WIFI connection.We provided you with a fully equipped kitchen, we do not stock any food products for our guests. When you checked in and the front desk clerk was quite engaged with all your requests, therefore she accompanied you to the room and pointed out to you all amenities and how they function to you and your guest. At no time did you complain about the room been not tidy this is confusing as any guested would have pointed this out immediately. Furthermore, we have a check in instruction sheet with the managers number for our guests to call in for any such issues. The property has an old charm to it sorry this was not the right fit for you.Travel safe and be happy.

Dear Sasha Happy that the property was to your liking. You ordered a standard room not a room with a kitchen. Yes, we don't don't allow outside visitors as in our experience they feel entitled to use the pool hotub, showers etc and they are not hotel registered guest.
