Lovely unit with a small seaview - sheep in paddock - though they were not noisy neighbours. Accommodation was great very compact- but all we needed - however, due to space there were no cupboards to hang clothes, but no big deal as only there for two nights - really good location to do the Catlins and perfect proximity to Nugget Point lighthouse.

Amazing view out over the beach and Nugget Point. The studio was clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a supportive bed. Outdoor deck was nice. Maybe could benefit from small fences or screens between each unit for more privacy? But we really enjoyed the spot and would have stayed longer if they had had a vacancy.

A very spacious comfortable room in a nice location if you like it off the beaten track. Very clean and tidy and friendly owners.

Fantastic location!
Amazing location and great views. Comfortable bed and very spacious. Bathroom was a tad small and not that great for the price of the room but I am guessing water pressure an issue in such remote locations and if you are there for a holiday not a problem.

Nice place. Close to the only restaurant in town and the beach. 10 mins to nugget point, penguins and seals. Wonderful stay. Room very spacious. Stayed with 2 adults and a 10yr old. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Location
Great location and check in was quick and easy. View from room was great and we woke up early to catch the sunrise. Drove to Nugget Point Lighthouse which is near.

The views from the balcony over the southern ocean right to Nugget Point were amazing. The room was comfy with a small kitchen, perfectly adequate. Bed was a tad on the soft side, but still comfortable.

It is a workers Motel. The couch was dirty, empty toilet roll left on toilet system, key would not open door.

Graet spot at Kaka Point
We stayed here for 4 nights to explore the beautiful Catlins. It was a compact studio with microwave and fridge only. New and comfortable. If we were to stay again, would probably go with a unit with more cooking facilities. Owners friendly and helpful. Had glimpse of sea view from unit 5
