The room they put me in on arrival Thursday 4/18/2023 (room 108),
The TV would not work, I had to pull out the stand and reboot the black box on the wall and unplug the HDMI cable from the bottom HDMI port from the back of the TV, plug it into the top HDMI port, which fixed the TV so it would work.
The clock on the nightstand was not plugged in, so I pulled the nightstand out to plug it in and then set the clock.
Behind both stands everything was covered with dust and dirty, plus there was popcorn on the floor behind the nightstand.
On Friday 4/19 I left around 5:30 a.m. for a couple of hours. When I came back to the room, I put the flip lock on the door, which I always do while I am in a hotel room.
Someone tried to open the door, which I thought might be the maid. I got up, unlocked, and opened the door. The lady from the front desk let me know she was concerned they had put someone in that room due to the lock being broken and it would not lock. She informed me the handle outside in the hallway would open without a card key.
When I left for the day, I had my card keys in hand, shut the door from the hallway and found I could get into the room without a card key. I let the Manager at the front desk know, she tried to reprogram the lock twice, which did not fix the issue.
I asked for another room, which I was able to get, at no extra cost to me. I asked if they had a dolly (cart) which I could use to move my belongings and was told they dolly was broken. I
