Dear Valued guest, Thank you for your constructive feedback, we do provide ‘do not disturb” signs in all our rooms, I assume the associate who showed you to your rooms may have missed out on pointing it out to you. please accept our apologies in the disturbances causes. However as a practice we only straighten up the rooms twice a day, once in the morning and then again in the evening for turndown service. But I do agree that it can seem invasive if you do not want to be disturbed. Kindly note that this has been brought to our managements attention and we will ensure that all “do not disturb” signs will be properly explained to each guest Thank you, Roshan Jayweera
