가성비 좋습니다.
밴프, 재스퍼로 돌아오는 길에 묵은 캠룹스 힐튼, 저가형 호텔이지만 있을거 다 있고 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 가성비로는 아주 극강입니다. (어른2 아이2, 퀸침대2개에 소파베드까지 있는 넓은 방이 6월말 토요일 170불 정도라니....) 축복이네요. 코로나에 대응도 잘 하고 있습니다. 사람들이 만지는 곳의 청결에 더 신경쓰는게 보입니다.

Our hotel, unfortunately, have a central heating/cooling system; hence, changing individual room temperature can be difficult. On top of that, the unpredicted spring weather in Kamloops (it could be too cold in the morning or very warm) makes it challenging for us to determine if we should switch to the cooling mode at the moment. But because of this reason, we do provide our guests with alternatives like fan upon request. Nonetheless, we would like to thank you for staying with us and for your feedback once again. I generally find Doubletrees to be good hotels, and this one in Kamloops is no exception. Our room was a good size, quiet, and very clean. It had modern, updated decor and a mini-fridge. I found the bed (a queen) very comfortable, with a good mattress. The bathroom was all-in-one -- sink and counter inside, not outside in the room. The hotel is downtown, in a good location for walking around. It's a pretty short cab ride to the airport (under 20 minutes). Also, the front desk staff were pleasant, professional, and very helpful. We had a problem after checking out -- the cab we pre-booked to come at 4:15 a.m. to take us to the airport did not show up. The company would not send another. The overnight desk agent was right on it. He recommended and phoned another company, which came on a rush basis. He really helped us out. In short, a very nice hotel and great service. I would happily stay there again.

The location is fine, easy access to anything downtown but like so many of our communities across this country the homeless hanging around even in the parking lot asking for handouts is annoying. We stayed in room 501 and there is an annoying drip or expansion/contraction of piping that just doesn't go away. Lasted all night. Breakfast in the restaurant was okay.

Pros: very clean and well-maintained if a little worn, close to the center of town, restaurant on site. Cons: very basic amenities, such as no microwave and rather slow wifi, slightly cramped room. Staff seemed eager to be helpful. Totally adequate for quick stay and good for the price.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were friendly and informative. Our stay was 5 days. The entire hotel was very clean. When I requested a room where we could get the most rest (my husband wasn’t feeling well), that’s exactly what we received. I would recommend asking for a room on the 5th floor. We’ll return here every time we come to Kamloops.

I could hear every elevator open, every person taking in the hallways. I could hear the people above and next to me. Room 215 was the worst!

Good location and great staff.
Excellent host upon check in helped me register for Hilton rewards, the rooms are a tad small then normal rooms in the area but the soundproofing is one of the better ones… parking is a tad of a headache when your driving a full size truck… overflow has a bit more room for trucks. The pool and hot tub outside were nice… nice sized tvs in the rooms… premium wifi does come at a cost so just used our mobile hotspot the entire time.

The lobby was very inviting and front desk peoe were excellent on check amd check out. The room was large, clean and well layed out. The pool area was dirty and difficult to find. The property did not have alot of parking.

215 is not a good room. Could hear the main lobby door open and close all the time. A/C fan was noisy and intermittent. Bed was great but the peripheral noises kept waking us up.

Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Didn't realize they don't clean the rooms daily to replenish the towels. We were there for 3 days and had to ask for more towels as they only leave 3 per room. Guess I would like to see more proactive common sense - 2 people staying for 3 nights but only 3 large bath towels - at minimum 4 would be smarter.
