Hi Leonard,Sorry to hear that your stay did didn't go as Planed, We have asked the front desk if you did make a request for service in your room but there was no request from your room. As per the hotel rule, we are suppose to give service on every 3rd day and there is a disclaimer in every room stating it. We have also asked the front desk if they have got any complaint about heater issue from your room, and they said No, please do let the front desk know about the issues to get it solved. Once again sorry for any trouble you have faced and we will make sure to make your stay better next time.

Hi Leanne,We take our guest's complaints very seriously. As soon as we got your review, we have sent our maintenance guy and our front desk to check your room if all the equipments are working properly or not and they didn't find any issue with any equipments. We also checked our Sauna light in bathroom which can heat the bathroom in 3-4 mins was also working.Please, do let the front desk know at the same time when you face any issues so that we can take action at that moment.The timing of our operation is fixed and unfortunately we cannot change it.Sorry for inconvenience,

There is a Quality Note that describes the same thing in each room on tv table for guest's acknowledgement.
