We felt the room wasn’t well lit. The toilet had a broken flush lever. There wasn’t any wash cloths in the bathroom. Didn’t really like the bed, it felt like I was going to roll out of it.

Lipstick on a pig mindset is evident here. Poor attempts at cosmetic cover ups. I would imagine it’s hard in todays economy to keep up with issues.

The accommodations were everything I needed for a one night stay. Good TV selection, clean room and walking distance to eateries. The price was also very affordable.

Cute older hotel, basic rooms, close to restaurants and a spa is located in the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay. The elevator is tiny so we walked up the stairs to the third floor many times. Great for aerobic workouts

I was travelling with a uHaul trailer. Parking is difficult for vehicles towing trailers. Hotel is on a busy street with no curbside parking.

Good for price
Good for the price. Great location close to TRU and numerous restaurants and services. Room in East Wing. Pet friendly with $20 surcharge. When we arrived the heater was unplugged - room was very cold and took hours to warm. Blankets were thin and duvet would have been nice.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very dated however comfortable. Noise from other rooms and hallway was extremely disruptive. For the budget price, one can't complain, however if you are looking for a restful quiet rest, not the choice.

Filthy room. Appears to have fist holes in door, mould in shower, terrible smell of a cat that had sprayed the room. Brought to attention of desk clerk and he told me he would pass on my concerns to manager when they arrive in two days! Never again.

I booked with this hotel and due to WILDFIRES that jumped the highway and not being to get to the hotel that night, due to everything telling us that multiple highways were closed and still being charged for something that was out of our hands. I can promise you that I will not be booking with Ramada kamloops again, and that’s not easy for me to say…. Not impressed not at all
