A simple booking mistake was made, and within 24 hours I was on the phone trying to make it right and get a refund, when I was given the run around on who I needed to contact (hotel manager, expedia, etc.) in order to get it taken care of. Even after waiting several weeks now, I still have yet to hear from the hotel management, regarding this refund, and Expedia claims that they can not get in touch in anyone there as well. Seems like a decent establishment should at least try to help out, and follow through with what was said would happen!
This is unfortunate, because we have stayed here before, and the hotel is actually very nice, and is affordable. I just hope that this simple mistake gets resolved.
