First off: I was delayed a day checking in and called to discuss with the hotel directly. They referred me to Expedia since I made reservation directly with them. After back-and-forth between 3 parties, the hotel ULTIMATELY would not cancel/refund the first night. Why have me contact Expedia if you're not going to work with me to begin with???
Secondly, I chose this property b/c it was close to the speedway. What I didn't expect (esp. for the price) was the broken door lock & torn bedspread, in addition to general cleanliness. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
Bad customer service, unkempt room and broken, torn amenities. I'm surprised I didn't get bedbugs.
