they said i lied about bed bugs when i brought them one in a cup from the room and they didn’t want to refund me hot tub was broken

Their card reading machine does not read for cards that are valid and should not be declined. I spoke with my credit card company over the phone to verify the decline and they said they did not receive a decline on their end, it is merely a problem with the machine/software at Quality Inn. The front desk person verified this is an ongoing problem. So I had to run to a gas station to use an ATM to pay for the room deposit which was inconvenient. The room was really nice but the area around the hotel was run down.

Pool was out of order all week. Asked for a discount & no one has contacted me. Exhaust fan in room doesn't work. Heater in room is not calibrated. It is either too hot or too cold. Staff didn't seem too concerned with our complaints. Very small bathroom. Garbage all around the property. Very low water pressure in shower

I called in advance about the swimming pool they could have told me it was out of service. Breakfast was nasty eggs where watered down. No juice, no water, waffle machine was broke, no fruits, hair on towels, i was very unsatisfied. Was not happy to come back to the hotel.

Putrid smell of well-established mold in the lobby blasts you in the face the second you walk in the door. Smell is pervasive throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Rooms hadn’t been cleaned in unknown amount of time. Never took my socks off the floor was sticky and noticeably dirty. Shower unusably dirty, no hot water. Bed so stiff from being unwashed in stale air that I slept fully clothed on top of covers with my hood up. Absolutely disgusting, this place shouldn’t exist. Avoid at all cost.

I like the easy access to highway. Pricing was affordable. The staff was friendly. I didn’t like that there was no fan in the bathroom and the bathroom was not clean under the sink area. The blankets have stains as well.

There is nothing quality about this Quality Inn. Upon our arrival our first thought was to go somewhere else, which we eventually did. The hotel was deserted with only three cars in the entire parking lot. One of them was staff. The parking lot is full of broken glass from windows being shattered and is not well lite. Upon entering the lobby area, we found it to be old and dated and dirty. The gentleman at the front desk was clearly just doing his job and took no pride in his work. The room at clearly been serviced. It was still dirty. The sheets and comforters had stains, the bathroom was as clean as it could be what was still not acceptable. There’s a smell like mildew prevalent in the hallways as well as the room. Within minutes, the decision was made to leave and seek lodging elsewhere.

Stopped for an overnight during a vacation trip with family. Beds are as hard as rocks, furnishings old and beat up, outlets and lamps not working. Hygiene much to be desired. Attempted entry from someone trying to get into the room at 11:30pm and again at 1:00am. Convenient location off the highway, but left more tired than when arrived. Never again this place or chain. Lesson learned.

BED BUGS! Room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad we had to sleep with the window open when it was below freezing outside. Lucky the heater works extremely good. Dogs barking throughout the night in the room next to us. The staff did nothing to help a single issue except for telling us they will mark the room off limits for the bed bugs. My pregnant wife is covered in bites!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was a great place. Breakfast was good. Remember to bring your own Tabasco sauce if you like them on your eggs lol. Hot tub was great to relax in and the pool was nice and cool as well. The room we had also had a Jacuzzi in it which also added a lot of comfort and relaxation. We are definitely going back.

Dirty room, threadbare towel, walked out of room into hallway at 6 am and staff were using the f word joking around setting up breakfast, complaining about ex husbands and child support. Sad. Wouldn’t go back. Room/floors were filthy.
