We received a call stating they were overbooked and only had a room with one bed available for us. We had 4 people staying in the room. Come to find out they had a two bed but didnt want to clean it. Said they would clean and get us in there. Room was disgusting. Hair all over the bathroom. Stains on sheets. O and they gave us no pillows. Had to ask 3 times and finally they told us they were out. 30 minutes late the guy comes back with two pillows saying he had to take those from his managers room and now he had no pillows. Trying to make us feel bad about it. We could care less if his manager had pillows. Now we had two pillows for 4 people. Still arguing with the guy, he finally came back with two more pillows. Horrible experience. Would never recommend staying here.

The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Mold in the calling around the tub, stains of EVERY type imaginable on everything, carpet, pillows, couch, chairs, walls. There were clearly semen stains on the chairs and walls. The only thing that looked even close to having been cleaned in the last month was the comforter. Staff was friendly, but day shift did not pass on to night shift the time I would be arriving. I was going to be arriving around 3 in the morning and it was not noted, or the night staff didn’t look at notes. Most disgusting hotel, do not recommend anyone stay there ever. I almost left to go to a truck stop and just sleep in my car.

I felt very unsafe when pulling into the parking lot with my family in the car. There were people walking around the cars in the parking lot, as well as a gas can in the middle of the parking lot with a cloth rag hanging from the spout. I instantly call the front desk and canceled my room. After speaking with the front desk representative of who I could barely understand informed me that i could cancel my room but i was not getting refunded. I even purchased the protection on the room as well. I am very dissatisfied with this situation.

I had damages in my room and bathroom. The entire hotel had a bad smell to it. The floor I was on. They had 3 trash cans full of trash. Never thrown away. How do I know about the trash? I put a bag in and it was never dumped my entire stay. I’ll never stay here or recommend to anybody. Also each night my next door neighbors were very disrespectful. Blaring the tv and my head was right at their tv.

I checked in after dark, around 5:30pm. It took roughly 15 mins a there were 2 other people ahead of me. The receptionist was also folding towels and sheets for one of the people ahead of me. I got a suite, which had a sink, microwave, small refrigerator, couch (couldn’t watch tv from it), desk with computer chair (had patches of the material gone), a closet and tv that was angled on top of the closet with cabinets that divided the bed from the living room. The toilet was broken and didn’t flush. The handle was cracked and not connected at all to the inner parts that make the toilet flush. I had 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, & 1 hand towel but my reservation said 2 people would be checking in. The safety latch was broken so it offered not protection if someone would have tried to break into the room.

We had roaches in our room. Was lied to about the times for breakfast. The room stunk. Very disappointed and would like a refund. We drove from our of town to visit family for the holiday. And it was late and there were few choices but I wish I would have made a different one.

My shower rod was broken. The bathtub did not drain. The television had 15 channels. The condition of the room was tired and needs an update. The desk clerk insisted to make a copy of my driver's license and keep it on file. I stay at several hotels annually and none make a copy but instead view it to confirm the occupancy. I will not stay here again.

Room above us had toilet problems and water started leaking out of the bathroom vent on the ceiling, front desk gave us towels and said to come back after ten minutes if leak didnt stop after a request for a different room.

I had stayed here before and it was okay. It has gone downhill since. Our toilet was clogged and all the staff would do about it was give us a plunger to fix it ourselves. When we checked out we couldn't get a receipt. We were told to get it from the booking site.

This hotel was disgusting. It was dirty. We had dirty sheets and pillow cases and had to get more and make the beds ourselves. There was a ton of stink bugs in the room and wasp. The bathrooms were dirty hair all over and dried pee. We had to clean them ourselves. The fridge was molded. The gravy at breakfast was soured. It was a terrible stay

When I checked in there was a man ahead of me that had just checked in and was informing them that there was no blanket on the bed in his room. When we got to our room, a queen suite, there were no bath towels in room. The jacuzzi tub that was in the bathroom did not work and there wasn't even a way to plug the drain to take a regular bath. The bathroom was not very clean either. 😕 The bed was decent, comfort wise. It is an older hotel and needs alot of updates. Probably won't be staying there on my next trip.

Not what it used to be.
We reserved the hotel for 2 people. When we got to the room there was one towel (bath towel) in the bathroom. Not the traditional set of towels and floor towel. Also someone’s old soap was in the shower. The pillows were stained, they didn’t clean the room while we was there. I sent my son to get us towels from the front desk and they gave him a washcloth with someone’s hair all over it. The towels were stained. I will never book here again. Also the elevator smelled, I think someone’s pet used the bathroom in the elevator. I will say they must have cleaned it cause it only smelled for a little bit but still. And you had to hold the toilet handle for it to flush. And sometimes you had to flush it twice and hold it. This place has definitely went down.

Room was dirty, stains on walls, carpet and window cushion. Nail polish on wall and sheet ( not sure sheets were changed) wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Will not be staying again.
Entire building smelled like weed! Our room upon check in had a reused trash bag in the bathroom still with the people in the room before us trash in it… they didn’t restock the towels either. I’m guessing the three remaining items hanging up where also from the previous tenants. The smoke alarm in the room was covered by a trash bag or ice bucket liner… the sheets where dirty as well. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. Far less than most hotels along the same price point.

I booked this Quality Inn for my daughter and granddaughter and when they got into their room the room had boot prints in the bathroom and the toiletries from the last guest were still in the shower. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned. They put her in another room that had graffiti on the walls that freaked out my granddaughter. My daughter said the 3rd room was barely acceptable but it was already midnight and she didn't want to try for another hotel. This Quality Inn is far from quality!

Comfortable bed and sheets, great shower and water pressure, great breakfast w/multiple options, easy check in/out. Very satisfied for the price.

This was a terrible hotel. The room smelled horribly even after airing it out for an hour. Pillowcases only on 2 of 6 pillows and stained sheets. The breakfast was inedible. The eggs were runny and the sausage was still frozen. We will not recommend or stay at this hotel ever again!
