No remote, phone didnt work when I tried to call front desk. Lady was rude at front desk when I asked for a comp after having to get dressed, to take elevator and go to front desk at 11pm. Asked for a free upgrade when checking in. She said no problem. Never got an upgrade. Never got a comp for the issues. Went to get food by the casino and it was either crappy hamburger or hot dog stand or $99 steaks in the posh restaurant. Never again. NOT DC APPROVED

This is an old property that needs some TLC. The staff was nice. We asked for towels but didn’t receive any. We stayed here because we couldn’t get a room downtown. I’d much rather have been downtown.

We had a number of members of our business staying at the hotel and a number of them had negative experiences from check-in to check-out. It was surprising for a hotel under the Ceasar’s name. We won’t be staying at this property again.

Two night business trip. Property very dated. Restaurants were not open during my stay. Tub did not drain well while showering. Carpet was old and wrinkled. Chair cushion worn down and flat. Hair dryers from 1980.

The rooms smelled. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived they said they had a lot of people requesting rooms with 2 beds so they had to move us. They said they were upgrading us to a suite with a roll-away bed at no charge. We did not stay there to hang out in the room. Sleeping on a roll-away was not worth it.

Casino was fun! The room was clean, but seem like they could do some maintenance with paint, and some other things that looked a little rundown, especially in the Kansas City tower. All in all, we had a good time and won money.😉 none of the restaurants open before 11 AM so if you’re looking to wake up and have breakfast on the earlier side, there won’t be any options.

The room had been inadequately cleaned. There were dirty socks under bathroom counter from a previous occupant. Building is dayed and not terribly well maintained.

Lack of friendliness, information about facilities, luggage assistance and amenities at Check-In. Issues with no hot water, refrigerator froze all our contents, ice machine inoperable on our floor and poor check out.

Overall not a bad stay after switching rooms. They are in the middle of remodeling the older tower and the pictures of the room didn’t accurately portray the room. After swapping to another room it was wonderful. I can’t recommend the lower rooms but the premium rooms were excellent

People were nice and helpful Rooms had dirty walls around light switch. Wallpaper peeling, carpet was dirty and bubbled up.

Had horrible water pressure night before check out no shower water. Also no shower water in am had to take bath and that’s not my favorite in a hotel. Fix water pressure and updated rooms would be really nice then.

Had to change rooms, first room needed to be vacuumed and was not clean. Second room was better but could see the age of the building. Not worth the price they charge

Big room. I added to the pile of key cards in the (otherwise empty) drawer. No tissues in the pretty box cover. I'd totally stay here again

Very disappointing!
The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. That's the best I can say. The wallpaper was peeling in spots in the room. The food service was much closer to the casino than for the hotel guests. The Ramsey Steakhouse was out of most people's budget unless they just won big at the casino. The breakfast offering was a pick from the counter deli and the other restaurant, a sports bar, didn't open until 4 p.m. There were three handicapped parking spaces, always full. When I asked about other locations, I was told that there were some on the other side of the building. That is not much help for those who have difficulty walking distances.
