Disappointing Experience and Booking Confusion
I recently stayed at the Hilton President with my family, expecting the usual Hilton standard. Sadly, I was left disappointed. There was a mix-up between the rooms for myself, my brother, and my cousin. My brother was allowed into my room without verifying his identity – a huge security concern! To make matters worse, upon arriving late from our delayed flight and to a late check-in, there was no room available for us because they had given our room to my brother. Leaving my 2-year-old and us nowhere to sleep. My brother ended up giving us his room and spent hours in the lobby until 2 am trying to resolve the issue, eventually paying out-of-pocket for another room just to sleep. This trip was marred by these issues, and I hope Hilton addresses them for future guests.
