건물 양쪽에서 공사가 진행 중이어서 낮시간 동안 시끄러웠고, 밤에는 창문 방음이 거의 안돼 차소리, 개들 짖고 싸우는 소리, 사람들 떠드는 소리로 잠을 자주 깼다. 침대와 이불이 눅눅해서 첫날 잠자기 힘들었고, 온수는 아침시간만 나왔다. TV는 지역 전체가 케이블 공사여서 첫날은 불통. 둘째날 저녁에는 나왔지만 화면이 좋지 않았고 5초정도에 한번씩 잠깐 화면이 꺼졌다 켜졌다를 반복했다. TV상태가 불량했다. Wifi도 첫날 않되고 둘째날 저녁에야 가능했는데, 그것도 방에서는 안돼 로비에 나가서 사용했다.

호텔도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 주변도 조용하고 위치는 택시타러 가는건 오분정도 걸어가면 됩니다.

친절하고 깨끗한 외곽호텔
보드가야있으면서 깨끗하고 조용한 만족스런 숙소 찾아서 기분즣았네요. 직원분들 모두 친절하고 음식도 맛있어요. 시내에 좀 떨어져있고 호텔입구 주변은 비포장이긴 하지만 숙소에서 제공해 주는 차량이용하면 별 문제 없구요. 아침식사도 잘 나오는 편입니다. 단 호텔 주변에 릭샤가 없어 새벽시간에는 자는 스탭깨워서 차로 이동해야해서 미안하더군요. 그래도 친절하게 태워다주는 서비스 감동이었네요 ^^

싼가격에 깨끗한 시설과 정말 친절한 직원들 덕분에 카트만두의 마지막을 잘 즐기고 왔습니다~

The staff at Hotel Buddah were fantastic, starting from breakfast and assisting with anything else (taxi to airport etc) as needed. It is quite a noisy area, which you can hear through the windows at night. Felt slightly unsafe walking around once dark but lovely and popular tourist spot during the day.

Staff are the best, very very helpful. No hot water is difficult for us Westerners. I found out that the Airport shuttle is no longer available since Covid.

Central location reasonably priced the walls and floors are thin so you will hear outside noises and hall noises manager was very amenable and try to make people feel comfortable

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The manager was particularly attentive. I had emailed ahead of time asking about the airport shuttle and received a quick response mentioning that they were no longer operating that. I'll also note that they were kind enough to securely store some small luggage for us for ~1 week while we were trekking.

My room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The Breakfast was good. The Hotel has a great location. Around there a little cafes and restaurants. The Hotel Manager and the hotel stuff were very kind and helpful.

Good stay
The service provided was Not exactly as described, Breakfast was good but there was No shuttle service from airport when I arrived at 4 pm. Room was clean and tidy, sufficient hot and cold water. TV was Not working overall good.

Staff didn’t have the room key at the counter, I had to wait outside the room until another staff brought key to open the door. There was no hot water, only one power plug which would not for to international chargers. Staff at the counter didn’t know if I had already paid during my booking and provided me a bill to pay

This hotel does a great job and making sure you are happy being here. From breakfast to getting the tv cable channels that are available in English. Nothing is too much trouble. I’ll be back while I’m in Nepal.

From the moment I entered the front door I knew I was welcome. I had traveled all night to get to Kathmandu and needed coffee and 5 minutes to gather myself. The kind gentleman bought me coffee and said when I was ready that so was my room. I checked in and the rest of the stay was as great as my check in. Thank you Hotel Buddha.

Amazing hotel at a budget price

My partner and I stayed her in January 2020 for a bit over a week. Overall the property wasnt bad but the rooms are tired. I noticed the windows arent sealed so noise and the weather can easily seep through. This wasnt great as there is construction work on both sides of the hotel (but I can hardly blame them for that). The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were brilliant, so I woupd probably go back.

I had a great stay and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The hotel is situated at the upper end of Thamel which is more quiet and has less traffic than the rest of the area. The hotel is within walking distance of good restaurants, bars, pubs and atm's. The hotel offers a good breakfast and luggage storage service. I had a great stay!

チェックイン時にはウエルカムドリンクでチャイを部屋に届けてくれるサービスがあった。 また、早朝のマウンテンフライトツアーで、送迎のタクシーが時間通りに来なかった時は、ホテルスタッフの方から声を掛けてくれ、旅行会社が手配した現地のドライバーに電話をしてくれるなど非常に親切に対応してくれた（結局、10分遅れでドライバーは到着）。

Smiley and very kind staff always ready to help, charming atmosphere, great location. Abundant breakfast, delicious full omelette and really good food in the restaurant. We will definetely go back to The Buddha in our next time in lovely Kathmandu <3 Namaste!

Was moved to another hotel the first night as someone has injured themselves and couldn’t move and there were no extra rooms. I can understand someone being in that situation but when I had paid and confirmed my room it came as a bit of a surprise that it could be moved like that with no notice

The Hotel is nicely located, directly in Thamel but quiet in the back of a small cul de sac. Beatiful garden (for Breakfast) and roof terrace. Room very small, couldn't unpack our stuff. Hotel manager wants you to book day tours/trips and promotes this very actively. That was a small set back... Positive: Pick-up from Airport (no costs!!) and drop-off at bus station.

便利な立地
タメル地区の大通りから入ってすぐの場所にあり、タクシーを拾うにもタメル地区を散策するにもとても便利な場所でした。 エレベーターはありませんが、シャワーのお湯も問題なく部屋も清潔で快適です。スタッフもとてもフレンドリー。 ホテルのWi-Fiが使えますが、４階の部屋では繋がりにくかったです。 ホテルにつくとすぐ旅行代理店のプラッカス（Prakash）さんが現れて、旅のアレンジの提案をしてきます。 私たちはチトワン国立公園の２泊３日の手配をお願いしました。 おすすめしてくれたチトワンのホテルはごはんもとてもおいしく、スタッフも親切でした。朝起きてホテルの駐車場からサイがみれたのは良かったです。
