we arrived a few minutes before the 3 pm check in and were told after the desk manager got off the phone, that our room wouldn't be ready. I told him we had just driven a very long way and to not have a room ready was unacceptable especially considering the property was not busy. He took quite a long time to find us a room that was ready only to find that the light in the bathroom wouldn't work, there was no hot water, there was continuous hammering going on above us and the internet was sketchy at best. At each discovery of the above list, I went to the desk and was told they'd send some one. The 3rd time I went, a maintenance man showed up and looked at the bathroom light. He left, came back after 1/2 hour with a ladder and a replacement part for the light, which he shortly declared was not something he could fix. He then turned to the hot water situation and told us that the plumbing for the controls were backwards and we'd have to jiggle it around to find the hot. At that point, with nothing getting addressed as a decent hotel would, we told the desk manager that we were checking out to stay across the drive at the Hampton Inn. As of this time on Sat. 3/30 the excessive $100 deposit for "incidentals" still appears on my bank account, even though we were there less the an hour and a half. I am now trying to get my money back for the room through Expedia and American Express. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites again.

Unprofessional Was doing construction all week in the stay nothing but loud banging in the mornings power saws at night. My door wouldn’t lock properly and the outside doors did not require an outdoor key. Very unsafe for my family and I so I will not recommend this place to anybody or anything that wants to stay in this property. Water was ice cold Please be safe y’all find somewhere to stay

There was a deposit I wasn’t aware of after I already paid for the room on Expedia and there’s a lot of remodeling going on. I had to pay the deposit because I couldn’t get a refund on my room.

Room did not look like pictures AT ALL. Furniture in room was torn with stains. Dirt spots on walls. Outside if room, it appeared to be a construction site. Very bad odor. We were only in hotel for an hr. Walked across the parking lot to Hampton inn which is way nicer.

You get what you pay for!
I booked due to good reviews but when we checked in, I quickly realized that the reviews were inaccurate. This hotel/ motel is in serious need of repairs to basically everything! We didn’t have to check out and go elsewhere so I didn’t give it 1 star but I would absolutely never stay here again!

The hotel was under renovation. I changed room 3 times. First room the hotel person checked. The 2nd room I checked and there were multiple things wrong. Tiles broken and moving, hole in the wall, smoke detector hanging from the wall, mold in the bathroom. Changed to another room that was still dirty with stained sheets and we found a spider in the bed. I didn’t have time to change rooms because I was there to attend a concert and needed to get ready. I did check out early than what my reservation was booked for. I checked into a different hotel because I just couldn’t stay there any longer than needed.

Well, Microwave doesn’t work. Breakfast is like breakfast no orange juice, no coffee twice and it was in a luke warm state. It got into room temp when I a just two cups of creamer. Door handle of the door is somewhat broken. The room is not finished I see marks of the renovation in the bathroom and no toilet paper handle. And I hope they fix the microwave or replace it. I reported it to the desk clerk that the microwave is working.

I really like this hotel. Workers are really nice. Rooms are really clean and wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic. This is my second time and I took my children. They loved the pool and it even has a really nice jacuzzi. The price was excellent! Highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

Hotel is EXTREMELY OLD and NOT UPDATED!!!!! BEWARE!!!! The elevator had a note on the door saying it could only hold 2 people at a time, very tiny. The floors creaked when you walked. The room was very dark and musty, there was a strong odor in the room. Also the air was not already on, so the inside of the room was about 90 degrees. I immediately had to cancel, and the outside of the hotel was very questionable, not sure if I would have been safe there either. Waiting on my reversal charge on my credit card.

I was surprised by how decent the room was because of the low price. Nearby hotels at this same price point are not as clean and the rooms aren’t as nice. I ended up staying an extra night just for that reason.

Very polite employees. The room and the breakfast were very clean. There were not many people there there Tuesday night I stayed but it was very quiet. Maybe not quite the nicer furnishings at other Comfort Inns I’ve stayed at but a very pleasing experience.
