On our final night stay, our neighbor had set their TV volume to max and it woke me up and I was unable to sleep with it at that volume. I tried calling the front desk to see if they could do something about it and no one picked up. I got out of bed and went over to the front desk and sat there for a while and no one was there and no one came. I looked for a corporate number and couldn't find one, so in the end I called hotels.com. They also tried calling the front desk (3 times from what I heard, since I was standing right there) and no luck (of course). In the end after 20+ minutes, I was standing outside my room and I saw the guy who was staying in the room with the TV maxed out. He was outside the hotel and had the TV maxed. I asked him to lower the volume and he gave me a not so great look, but did eventually quite the TV a bit. The problem was solved after 45+ minutes, but the fact that there was no management or anyone on duty really made solving this problem not a great experience.
Also, some parts of the room were not well cleaned, with discloration in the wallpaper in some areas and some other stuff which I'm not sure what it was, but looked like brownish in color (not sure what it was for sure, but looked like old dried blood, but could have been anything with a brown tint).
