깔끔한 숙소와 아름다운 경치! 너무 좋았습니다~ 6명이 묵기에 아주 넓은 실내와 화장실 좋아요. 다만 컨시어지 서비스가 너무 불친절합니다.

가족과 함께라면 좋은 곳
오래되어 전체적으로 좀 낡았지만 관리가 잘 되어 있는 콘도 형식의 숙소입니다. 주방 식기가 잘 구비되어 있어 마트에서 장 봐서 음식 해먹기도 편했고, 세탁기와 건조기도 있어 빨래하기도 쉬웠습니다. 배정된 방이 정원(주차장) 전망이었는데, 주변이 조용해서 소음 걱정없이 편하게 묵었습니다. 차로 5분 이내 거리(맘 먹으면 걸어갈 수 있는 거리)에 포이푸 비치가 있고, 10분 이내 거리에 상점가가 있어 주변환경도 좋은 편입니다. 야외수영장도 작지만 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 아쉬운 점은 제가 2베드룸에 묵었는데 에어컨이 방에만 있어서 거실 온도 조절이 어려웠던 점과 체크아웃 시간이 오전 10시로 다른 곳보다 이르다는 점입니다. 그래도 다음에 카우아이에 가게 되면 다시 묵고 싶은 곳입니다.

Very good resort
The ocean view is great and the kitchen facilities are very good for families with children. The pool is very good for playing with children. It was a little uncomfortable because there was no scissors and chopsticks in the kitchen. Even if I go again, I will stay here.

This by far is one of the best places I've ever stayed at with my large family. The view from our room was also priceless.

First of all, I never seen anywhere checkout time by 10:00 AM. This is not standards of Hilton. Dirty staff not cooperative. There is no restaurant in the property. Kids did not like it.

Book this spot! I was skeptical because of the negative reviews. But this place is beautiful! Pool out the front door and the beach just outside the lanai. Pool is 4ft deep at max. Perfect for the little ones. The grounds are super clean and staff are very friendly. Great for families!

There were roaches in our room, our ocean view was blocked by scaffolding, no housekeeping and very outdated and dirty rooms. Now what you would expect from a Hilton.

Great location and excellent staff. Very old run down rooms. Cheap scratchy linen. Noisy air conditioning and poor soundproofing. Felt unsafe as a single woman in a ground floor apartment facing a public walkway.

We had a great stay, but will not be booking through Travelocity again. When we arrived at the hotel they had no record of us or our stay. The staff was amazing and got us into a room and worked with Travelocity on the issue. Overall, our stay was great. The rooms and grounds are clean. You are able to walk to a rocky shoreline, which was great to watch the waves and get some great pictures. The hotel is close to many great restaurants and excursions. I would recommend the Hilton Vacation Club to anyone coming to stay in Kauai!

The bathroom leaked and flooded the apartment. That happens. I ran to stop the water, slipped and conked my head on the ground and got a concussion. Security came over and made a report. Afterwards, I never got any update. Nobody asked me how I was doing. We never got a note to know if the toilet was fixed.

Excellent location, I had a unit on the second floor neighbors on the 3rd floor was noisy all night therefore I would recommend get to unit on the 3rd floor. Lastly they need to maintain their plumbing system for when you are showering it’s smelly. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful for they kept making sure everything was good.

Close to the ocean and poipu beach, walking trails along the beach, beautiful large pool, great food and cocktails at the poolside restaurant/bar (loved the ahi tacos and mango margaritas), nice spacious units, comfortable beds.

I loved the pool area, ability to get food and drinks there. I loved that it was located near the Hyatt, I walked there three times to eat at the restaurants. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful walking trails. We walked to Puka Dog and the beach there had a great play area for kids and the beach waves had turtles.

We love HVC, the pool is just the right size for our young boyz and the sun is always shining even if it rains on the rest of the island. The two bedrooms is super convenient for young families and Poipu beach is 5 min away.

This property was amazing. The views from the hotel were breath taking. Large mountains mixed with ocean views. Its located next to an active walking path, 2 minute drive to a beach, plenty of food spots near by, the staff was so kind and went out of their way to make my kids feed special. This location had activities, pools, hot tubs, fish ponds, breakfast, gyms. The hotel room it's self was just like home. It was so spacious, clean, and had everything to cook simple meals for my kids. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Overall Great Stay
We had a great stay! The rooms could use some updating, but overall they were clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Although the food options are limited at the resort, it’s a short walk to a number of restaurants, as well as a short walk to beaches and trails. And as an added bonus we could see turtles swimming by the resort every day and there were a number of options for viewpoints to watch incredible sunrises. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
