Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience with us. As far as you trying to spread a bed bug rumor around, please note that we have not had a review like that in quite some time, we regularly have our rooms inspected without issue, and even have brand new beds as of December of 2023. We do not have an elevator, but always place each guest that we receive a first floor request on the bottom floor. We also would put our 26 item continental breakfast up against any other hotel in our price range.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We do thoroughly clean rooms in between stays and pay extra attention to pet rooms. I apologize for us missing any stray animal hairs.

We are sorry for the inconvenience during your stay a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, your room was booked as a room with two queen beds. Our handicap accessible rooms only have one queen bed and a recliner in them.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We keep a supply of batteries at the front desk in case the remote batteries die and we're more than happy to run them down to a room when called.

We are sorry that you decided not to give us a chance and that you took the time to review a place in which you did not stay. In doing a personal tour of the property this afternoon, the day after your reservation, I noticed one screen that was out and it was on a public window which was out for repair. We have many guests that compliment us our our helpful service and clean, comfortable rooms.

I apologize that the stay wasn't to your liking. We do regularly check the halls for any litter left by guests as well as check rooms for signs that a guest smoked in a non smoking room. If there's any issues with a room, our staff is always ready to rectify the situation.
