Scary & stinky. People live long term on the property which has red flags written all over it. The smell in the room was horrible & people were up all night long around us. Seemed as though it was in a bad part of town with very undesirable people all around- cars with broken out windows with tarps over them in the parking lot. Did not feel safe.

The bed stunk, we had to sleep on top of the blankets and bring in blankets for the car. Shower head was moldy so we couldn’t even shower the next day. Staff couldn’t figure out what room to put us in because they didn’t know what room was available. Worst experience ever. I would like my money back.

we are always disappointed when we are informed that our guest are not satisfied with their stay, its a shame nothing was mentioned at all to the management or staff about your issue during your stay, because at least we would have had a opportunity to correct or accomodate you better to insure your satisfaction, we finally located your reservation and noticed it was from back in october 2023, nearly 4 months ago and you are just now submitting this review? this is the first we have heard about your issues concerning your stay, had you addressed your concerns at the time of your stay, we would have happily corrected the issues or issued a refund, because we work very hard everyday trying to improve our business and to make sure our customers are satisfied, as always thank you for your negative outdated feedback and i hope you have a super awesome day!!

Excellent customer service
it was our first time there . Ruby at the front desk was wonderful and super friendly. Max helped me connect to the Internet. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. Stayed for two night. Will definitely go back again. Big Thank you to all that made our stay enjoyable.

The friendly, hardworking staff really, REALLY, care about their guests!! They are working hard to make this a five-star motel. I would definitely recommend this place now.

Property had broken lighting, no facial tissue, substandard bath fixtures. Generally in bad shape. Marginally clean. Staff was very nice, but the owners have not put any capital into improving a very poor property.

We had to cancel our second night because we felt so unsafe. Loud fighting in the parking lot, someone casing our car, the smell of meth all made us feel unsafe enough to sleep with the table against the door. Lots of noise outside our door at all hours of the night. The room was clean and the front desk help was very nice. But it wasn’t enough for us to stay a second night.

The motel was very dirty broken Furniture in my room the toilet wouldn't flush when I pulled the sheets back to go to bed there was dirt in my bed when I took a shower the next morning before I left it went from extremely cold to extremely hot within a matter of seconds about burning the top of my head overall just a run-down dirty Motel wouldn't go back

Best In Class Customer Service
I was pleasantly surprised at the immaculate cleanliness of the place. For a motel, I experienced the best in class customer service that far exceeded any motel let alone any hotel I have ever stayed at! The motel manager there was friendly, courteous, and on point with the overall operations of the place. She was excellent! I am so impressed with the staff that work here and how much they truly care about there residents and there job! I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for everything Travelers Inn!

The location was good for the activities we had planned in the area. Easily could hear the rooms on all sides of us and people outside. Bedding wasn’t clean, actually found small pieces of pot in the blanket and then on the sheets from previous people. Lipstick stains on the towel.

Got at the property arond 4 pm and had my room key ready just needed ID to ckeck in which made me feel secure.microwave and frige was good ,well frige was a big one not the cheap ones.Slept great the bed wasnt too firm or sinking soft.

Needs updating
Furniture was old (a couch needed replacing), one chair was broken and the room needed to be updated with newer bathroom fixtures. We stayed two nights and the bed wasn't remade nor the towels replaced (we had to ask for new towels). Don't know how she got a key, but one resident unlocked our door from the outside with her key....never had that experience before!
