Bed was comfy, room was clean , good amenities, pool was refreshing though toddler section needs a thorough clean . My issue is at 7.30 pm when i was putting my baby to sleep and breastfeeding Winston came and repeatedly onocked accusing me of habing extra adults .. i had my 2 children which were declared on my booking. He refused to believe me and i told him to check cameras properly and even invited him to search my room. I got no apology and im quite disgusted.. there was no other adult and you better be right when you come and harass your guests

I thought it was expensive for what you got. The rain came in under the door and made for a wet mat to stand on as you came into the room.

A good, honest motel in the older style that has been renovated. Friendly and efficient management. Worth a visit when travelling through.

Excellent value for money although the room we were in was a little tired. Candy was very friendly and sweet and kindly allowed us to change room from the one we booked as it was right by road and a lot of traffic noise. It is quite close to the local cemetery ( although not seen from room ).

Excellent value for the price. I am a Pensioner on a budget, so I always look for value for my money. I want my motel to be clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet, and not expensive. Motel Kempsey was all of these requirements. And the staff was friendly.

The room was clean, small but good for one night. Pool looked like it needed a good clean. Reception lady was nice. Reception area had tin around it and my top got caught and put a hole in it. Would still probably stay there again for a short stay only.

It is what it is…a bed for the night. Pool was dirty and not swim-able, shower was small and water barely dribbled out (ladies, don’t expect to wash long hair for the night). It’s a cheap and cheerful motel. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Fridge, cooker and microwave all worked. Tv was only a small 22”. Serviceable and functional.
