Many people travel with smart phones and tablets and can access content and programming at any time. We were concerned that TVs would be louder and potentially disturb other guests. We were happy to accommodate your late arrival and regret the Loft was not more to your liking. The Loft is a true sleeping loft with an open balcony to the great room. There is good separation between the Loft and the other guest rooms, which are two floors down, so we have not had issues with guests in the Loft disturbing other guests or vice versa. We have had families in the Loft with children who have had a great time, so we do not discourage families with children from staying in the Loft. We do recommend children be 5 years of age or older because of the open stairs and balcony. Children of all ages especially enjoy the built-in twin beds in the Bunk Room which is a separate room.

Glad you liked the lodge and sorry you were disappointed in the bathroom for that front room. I hope the beautiful view was some consolation. We'll work to make sure the room description is more clear so there are no surprises. None of our bathrooms are shared but the plumbing configuration does not allow that room's bath to be ensuite and we price accordingly. Thanks for your comment.
