We only spent one night here but it was lovely apart from the shower let it down. It looked beautiful until your turned it on and then abig disappointment it was clearly broken 🙄.

Great stay as always! Huge advantage to have electric charges now in the parking area. Unfortunately this time a petro car was parked in one of the charging places. Perhaps a sign need to be placed to stop this for happening?

Easy booking in and booking out and a very comfortable stay ,exceptionally clean ,sea view for a very competitive price for the time of year. Did note the bathroom extract fan was not operating which is a requirement as no opening window,but i noted the switch was isolated and required to be turned on which rectified it.

Lovely stay and staff
lovely hotel and staff Excellent room and evening meal Just us eating waitress and staff very friendly and good quality food. Breakfast was disappointing portion size for a full english would of complained if was full price and small mistake as our booked table was given away to a walk in non booking excuseable as staff were training but were put in the main dining room away from main eating area. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely book again at right price

Back again!
This is our favorite hotel in Folkestone, usually only an overnight before channel crossing. Great staff, nice peacefull rooms and location good for easy walk to town centre.

Lovely hotel
Very pleasant stay, clean room, comfortable bed, spacious shower facilities. Nicely decorated throughout. Polite staff. Good service. Only criticism is the hotel was too warm but other people might like that.

Peaceful, Pristine and Premium
Best Western Plus Burlington Hotel was a peaceful, pristine and premium place. The Staff was friendly and always willing to help. It was a much needed weekend away from our busy lifestyles.

Everything was ok except for a noise like a fan
I found it to be good but on sleeping at night there was a Humming noise like a fan running. I tried moving my Single bed around the room to get away from it but wasn't possible hence I did not sleep well

Lovely location
This hotel is located in a quiet and convenient area of Whitby. We have no problems accessing the hotel or finding free parking close by. Our room was on the third floor with deals of the coastline volume was large and clean. We were trampoline with a large breed dog and we had no issues while staying at this hotel with an on-site bar and restaurant.

Amazing evening
On arrival, parked right outside the hotel Was greeted at reception by a lovely young lady very helpful That gave us information booked our evening meal and breakfast for the morning, when going down for our evening meal, absolutely amazing stuff it was so nice to have our evening meal while having a little bit of a laugh don’t normally feel that relaxed, but well done

The staff were extremely professional, caring and efficient, particularly the Manager and Front Desk manager, Mark. My wife is disabled and our accessible room was spacious, recently refurbished to a high standard. The bathroom was particularly suitable for a disabled person. Unfortunately the hotel lift was too narrow for my wife's already small (Pride Elite Traveller) scooter, and I had to physically lift and swing it into the lift, to get the machine inside. Because of this unfortunately we will not stay there again.

Acceptable but a hot night
Overall comfortable stay, but the very small room, in the absence of aircon, could have done with a fan at least as the weather was very hot. The option of a lighter duvet may also have helped make the stay more pleasant. It was a very hot and uncomfortable night.
