훌륭한 서비스
서비스 측면에서 80점을 주고싶지만 호텔 관리 상태나 지리적인 위치가 train station과 멀리 떨어진 점은 minus 요인임. 직원들 친절도는 우수한 편이며 다시 가고 싶은 정도의 호텔은 아님.

Amazing stay, hotel very very clean and service was second to none . Amazing meal in Bella Italia staff were also amazing

Amazing staff, stayed before the ferry to France. Having a Bella Italia in the hotel is a nice touch too.

Friendly staff, comprehensive services
Very friendly staff. Hotel restaurant is Italian and quite delicious. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable.

The hotel was a last minute booking that worked out extremely well. The hotel was easy to find, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was expensive but good quality. The Italian restaurant was very good. The staff was all very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and very helpful. The front desk even arranged for a taxi to take us to the cruise port at checkout. They had a restaurant and bar. Biggest drawback was the location, far from town and attractions. However, taxis were readily available, reachable by phone, once I figured out how to do that from a US-based telephone.

We have had nothing but good experiences with the Holiday Inns in the UK. This one in Dover was great- fast check in, good breakfast, and clean rooms. It’s very close to the Cliffs of Dover and Dover Castle. Definitely would recommend!

Our room was very nice. They offered a great breakfast. Our only complaint is that there are stairs that we had to carry our luggage up/down. There were only a few, but that seems like a lot with multiple heavy bags.

A lovely big hotel but rooms very spread out which made the rooms very quiet. Italian restaurant on site served great food. The room was really clean and comfortable
