One night visit.
My trip started with a drive down country lanes as the postcode took us to the back of the Hotel and at 9pm was quite a feet. Used the postcode BR8 7SQ instead and that took you to the front gate for entrance. Signage appeared to be non exsistant to find rececption. Not much lighting and three buildings to choose from not as straightforward at night. Staff at reception was fantastic although the 100 pound deposit at the desk was a bit unusual especially when room paid for in full. The room was clean and of good condition although radiator noisy and the bedside light did not work. I was surprised that breakfast was not included and that would be another 40 pounds on top. But that was me not reading the booking properly as was a last min urgent trip. All in all a nice place but had no time to enjoy facilities so cant comment on them.

Not happy with the fact that this hotel charge you £100 up on the check in and you need to wait over 5 days to get your money back, and yes is not a deposit like all the other hotels do in UK, they really charge you the money and then you new to wait to get it back… no sense but not satisfied at all.

Our main priority is to provide our guests with a high level of services and facilities during their break with us, so I am disappointed to understand that we did not exceed your expectations in some areas. Please know a refundable deposit is a requirement upon check in if your room has been pre paid before arrival to the hotel. This refundable deposit of 100.00 is taken to cover any extras as guest may charge to their room throughout their stay. As you can appreciate, if any damages are made to the room or we find a guest to be smoking, this will us to restore the room to a smoke free and a resalable condition. At the point of check in, the reasons for taking a 100.00 deposit is displayed on the registration card that you would have signed before making the payment. If you require a scan of your registration card, I will be happy to supply this for you. lastly, please know that all hotels are different and have different policies. Therefore a payment may vary depending on where you choose to stay. With our refunds, we do recommend allowing up to 5 workings days to show back in your account, as this would provided enough time for the refund to show in your account. Your feedback is very valuable to us and will be shared with the relevant department managers. The staff at the front desk were very polite and checked us in quickly. Maisey was particulary friendly and we were very pleased with the SPA facilites at the property. The room we stayed in was very clean and well presented and the we will definitely return here when we next plan a relaxing night away.

Busy Spa Hotel
The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and the bar food was generally good quality. Unfortunately I did not like the bedroom or bathroom. The spa was very busy due to day visitors and the changing room floor was slippery due to excess water. I informed the spa reception staff twice about the slippery floor. I liked the relaxation room and the hotel grounds are lovely to walk around with many mature trees.

Traditional with a modern twist
In the countryside of Dartford a nice cozy hotel. The hotel is really nice, comfortable and clean. Massive grounds to walk around. Beautiful SPA offering 2 pools, sona, jacuzzi and various treatments. The staff are like one big family each and everyone will go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. All in all a very homey atmosphere with a modern touch. Our stay was short but we will definitely be back.

Great stay but poor food
I had a lovely time at this hotel did not try the spa but my stay was very pleasant. I would advise not buying food from the hotel as it is very expressive for the postion you get. We odered two 7oz steaks with chips and salad chips was about 10 in all and their fries. Steak was very small and salad to,they have a restaurant on site however if you have a child under 14 like myself you cannot book the restaurant. Rooms are nice and big i had the junior sweet which was amazing for my family.Rooms are clean and bathroom was to the only thing i would say is they need to upgrade the furniture for example headboard in the bedroom is peeling as its old. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Needs an update
This was our 4th time staying at Rowhill Grange and we do feel the hotel and spa has gone slightly down hill and in need of a spruce up. The bar and food service was extremely slow - we waited over an hour for food and it arrived cold. All in all a nice escape but the hotel is questionable as a good 4 star

I had a great time perfect place for some real R&R very peaceful and the bed was amazing. However the food was disappointing and the windows in my room did not open. I would recommend staying here.

Overpriced and underwhelming
Spa was awful, manager had no idea what she was doing and I had to be refunded in full. The hotel service was slow, the food mediocre, had to send my steak back twice because it was cold. They really need to up their game
