Killarney is one of the highlights of my trip to Ireland, and I stayed there several days longer than I had expected. This was an older property, located on a street that led directly into the center of town, about a mile away. The property was clean, and the rooms were of average size, with good wi-fi.
What distinguishes this property, is the wonderful service provided by Nora and Morris, the owners. I felt more like I was visiting my grandmother long ago, than checking into a hotel!
Her service was as good as her breakfasts! She could not have been nicer! I had a car, but did not want to be driving after a few beers, so I decided on a taxi. Mr. Morris tried to call one on his local phone for me. When we could reach one, he just gave me a ride into town, and would not accept any money. It was easy to catch a cab home, for about seven euros. They were both excellent!
