Wonderful hotel stay.
Lovely stay at this hotel, staff were all very kind and helpful. Check in was easy, parking is available on site and location of hotel is not too far from the town. The food was excellent, kids club and leisure centre was great for the kids and room was nice and spacious.

Very nice hotel. About 20 to 30 minutes uphill walk from town. Excellent breakfast with good and varied choice

Ein riesiges Hotel, an dem wohl seit der Errichtung keine Modernisierung mehr stattgefunden hat. Die Zimmer sind groß und weitestgehend sauber. Für einen Städtetrip, bei dem man eigentlich nur in der Unterkunft schläft, ist es okay. Beim Frühstück gibts das typisch irische Essen. Leider aber keinen Käse oder Gemüse.

Stay was nice. There were tour buses full of tourists that took over the place. Food was good and the two men who played music in the foyer were wonderful. A little out of the way from the town but a quick taxi ride to the center

General the hotel is good, rooms are big but not well ventilated, window doesn’t open or very tiny space, no Air conditioning in room. TV is small but not that bad. No robes, Keycards were not always working. Swimming pool is really good and good gym too.

The rooms were on the scale of a motel 6 The place is huge - it’s impossible to keep it up to standard The food was awful I would definitely not recommend or stay there ever again.

The room was nice-sized and clean. Good water pressure in the bathroom and a deep tub. The pool was clean and not many using it. Customer service was great and the breakfast had plenty of options. We were one of the few rooms not on a tour bus so parking was quite easy.

We checked into the hotel after a long day of traveling. Our room ended up being the last one down their halls. None of the many fire doors allowed entry so the only entry and exit was the main lobby. Few parking spaces near the front entrance as well. No one serviced our room in the mornings so no refills or tidying up. The only redeeming thing was the breakfast.

Big complex, tour buses. Breakfast was good. Carpets need cleaning. Fire doors all open despite sign that says to keep closed. Little parking in front but lots at the back, when you ask. 25 minute walk into town. Located on a busy roundabout. Would chose elsewhere next time

Shambles - never again.
This place is an absolute disgrace. Stayed on business as couldnt get my usual hotel. Kids running everywhere, floors sticky, toilet had poo & blood stains under seat, cupboards had damp in them, spider webs in room, everything cheap and food also disgusting. Honestly I couldnt get over how bad this place was. I was given a room that had an adjoining room - but on the outside of the adjoining room door there was no number on it?? It sounded like there was an extremely large family in this tiny room making the most out of a terrible situation. Hotel was also attached to a hostel where foreign nationals are being housed in tiny rooms with bunkbeds which are clearly visible when parking your car. I told the woman on checkout that this hotel is very run down but she didnt seem to even understand by "north" accent. The price they charge - they could easily change the frayed carpets, buy a duster and hire a regular window cleaner.

Enjoyed our stay
My Wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. The Staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful beyond the normal attention to detail. It's a Family oriented Hotel, so be ready for giggles of laughter and smiling parents... Meal time in the evening can get busy, but the Staff will get you seated so don't worry. The Hotel is a 20 minute walk from Killarney, and boy l needed it after a Hearty Breakfast. The positive of the distance from the Town is watching Rabbit's nibbling in the Grounds of the Hotel in the Mornings 🐰

Family friendly
Lovely hotel , large room. Family friendly with a pool, leisure center and activities for kids. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of choices. Dinner was great too.

Great location - 15 minute bus ride to city centre. Bus stop across the road from hotel. Great breakfast variety and restaurant attached to hotel for lots of dinner choices. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Main issue was cleanliness. Room was not vacuumed properly from last guests, old food on floor at table in room, crumbs on one of the chairs. One towel had a hair on it. And on the wall, there was a what looked like booger wiped on it over the bed.
