Worst customer service ever, took an hour to get checked in at 7:30pm, they only wait on one customer at a time. If the person in front of you asked for a different room, "ocean view", you have to wait until they physically go and try to find a clean room for that person before they will wait on the next person. We FINALLY get our keys and get to our room, 7:30pm, 2 guys still cleaning our room... Hotter than heck, no A/C, have to go to front desk and pray they have a floor fan left. Drug addicts and homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, police showed up and rifled thru one car, homeless people go to the breakfast buffet and help themselves, no regards for anyone already in line. Food was mediocre okay, no juice or coffee. Homeless people in parking lot doing their drugs, smell waffles thru the rooms from having windows open because of no A/C and it was hot, upper 70's. Manager was rude and put off by customers. Before we even went there, we asked, do you have a shuttle, YES, they do NOT have a shuttle, they call a cab and reimburse, cumbersome and long process sometimes. Horrible customer service. Called front desk for more coffee, no answer, go down there, no one around, called again, no answer, I finally found someone in the hallway. Just all around run down, dirty, old hotel and didn't feel safe with the druggies/homeless in the parking lot 24/7 camped out in their cars.I asked for a luggage cart, she said, give me a bit, I'll have to go find it. SAD
