we never saw anyone who worked there. there was a sign on the door to call someone instead of checking in. we were then directed to walk a far distance from the lobby and up a flight of outside stairs, around a corner and finally to our room, where the key was in the door.
the bathroom had a bad smell, the beds were on plywood, and the walls were made of stone-my daughter banged her head on it while in bed.
no instructions were given how to check out, there was nobody to ask for anything and the kitchenette was dirty.
wouldn't recommend it.
