The location is superb. The hotel was surrounded by green mountain and lake. So refreshing and serene.

As fabulous as ever!
Fabulous rooms, all with wonderful views. A super range of pools and activities to choose from. Have visited before and will visit again for sure.

Enjoyable stay in La Casetta.
Clean rooms and well furnished. Only problem is the pressure of the water and the supply of warm water is fluctuating.

Beautiful hotel so spacious and the mountains view is so amazing! Most beautiful swimming pools ever! Everything was perfect apart from staffs in the restaurants not very good speaking English and the standard not up there yet. Beautiful resorts plenty of mansions around the area. Fantastic mountains views and so spacious ever!! Love the pools:)

We are pleased and satisfied with everything except for the inconsistent water temperature when showering and when using the basin. The water gets either too hot or too cold. It was impossible to adjust to the right temperature. When you turn on the basin tap, the water maybe very hot and will burn you. Despite much efforts, I think the technician couldn't resolve the issue. But overall, it was a nice and beautiful place. The room was clean and comfortable too.

Lousy Hotel Staff Service
The hotel check in staff that I have experience on my first night of check in was HORRIBLE! Hotel staff cannot speak proper English, didn't bother to even help to carry the luggages. We are checking in as a family of 13 with old people and young children. the hotel staffs seems to want to quickly finish their job and go home. Becos of their carelessness, my mother and another aunt fell when they are trying to climb up to their hotel room. Staffs should have been more careful to guide us to the room as the whole area is so dimly lit. We have asked for low floor and easier to access hotel rooms due to the walking difficulty of old folks. None of our requirement has been carefully taken into consideration. I chose this hotel cos of the review about the beautiful view of the hotel but i was utterly disappointed with the service. I would not recommend this hotel to any family with old folks or children due to safety issues.

Family stay...better for couple getaway.
Overall a good stay. Though it was a little noisy as the insulation or sound proof of the room was not so great as people walking outside during late we can hear their noise very clearly. The main door in the room has this cracking sound whenever we open or clises the door. Still have some construction going on so some views and facilities were quite restricted. Staff were helpful and trying..though the hotel itself has no tie up with any other agents for day tour or sightseeing. Which will be a plus for guest with families. Lastly the breakfast venue us pretty small as for 2 days in a row it was packed and no available tables at all restaurant staff during dinner was not too attentive oraybe due to language barrier. Food took quite a while to be served. Overall still a good stay. If all above can be improved...its definitely worth a 5 or even 6 stars.

Pleasant stay at La Casetta
The premises were beautiful and the room was adequate. The free snacks were a nice touch. However, they could do a few things better: 1. Rooms are too dim 2. One room had no hot water, only mildly warm water 3. Club Lago food needs to be more extensive, especially in-room dining options 4. Pool has no towel service 5. Wish staff understood English better. Only receptionist appeared to understand requests.

A relaxing getaway near to Bangkok
It was an awesome experience spending 4 days in La cassetta hotel. The rooms and services were really superb. The services were really good and the security guards were really good and courteous. The TOSCANA valley architecture is simply superb. Needs improvement in their Breakfast menu and would suggest to have a buffet breakfast. A small suggestion to have a small seven eleven or a family store within the vicinity of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and pool facing. We stayed in a loft room with two beds in the attic and a huge master bed which is good for 2 adults and a kid too.

If you enjoy quiet vacation to relax and do the minimum while enjoying the birds and starry night , this place is great choice. You can enjoy a romantic italian cuisine at town square with great wines selection to go with it.

Great view hotel
Very nice hotel with great landscape. Perfect place for slow life and beautiful scenery especially in winter. The room is big and bed is superb and super-sized.

Please tell them make upgrade for Breakfast.
Not satisfied with morning breakfast. They said all guest, no buffet because of few of guest. If lot of guests,they arrange buffet. If few guest, no buffet breakfast. They are charging a lot but for breakfast. Zero Star.

1泊2日のゴルフ旅行兼家族旅行に利用させていただきました。 広い敷地の中の全ての施設がオシャレでどこもかしこもインスタスポット。 構内移動は無料のシャトルバンで不自由なし。 部屋も広くて清潔で居心地の良い空間でした。 是非また訪れたいお勧めのホテルです。

เข้าพักวันที่21-22/01/2019ห้องH101 ห้องพักโดยรวมOk แต่เตียงนอนไม่ค่อยดีเท่าที่ควรนอนพักไม่สบายเนื่องจากใช้เตียงเล็กมาต่อกันทำให้มีช่องว่างตรงกลางเป็นหลุม บรรยากาศรอบๆที่พักสวยมีมุมถ่ายรูปหลายๆมุม แต่ยังมีการก่อสร้างบริเวณรอบๆที่พักอยู่ อาหารเช้าดีพนักงานบริการดี มีเมนูให้เลือกทานได้แบบอาหารเช้าทั่วๆไป โดยรวมถือว่าดีสำหรับการพักผ่อนแล้วความเป็นส่วนตัว
