Great Customer Service, Lousy Cleaning Service
We liked the room at first, but we had some difficulties getting the key to turn completely to unlock the outer door in the hall. I like the fact that I felt safe and that our things were not going to get stolen, but it was mildly panic-inducing to think that we might have been locked out of our room! The cleaning service was not great. The maid did NOT put any effort into the making the bed properly, did not re-stock the toilet paper or other things, and basically did a poor job of cleaning anything, if she did any cleaning at all. That might have contributed to my bed bug scare. Fortunately, I do not think it was bed bugs. My husband spilled some loose leaf tea in his bag and it must've spilled out onto the bed, and he didn't tell me about it until after I noticed little black specs in the bed. The black flecks and some stains on the bed had me worried that although it *might* be bed bugs, it might not. Just to be safe, though, I called the front desk and requested a different room. The staff was super accommodating and moved us to a different apartment in the dead of night just for ease of mind. However, we did have some issues with our new room. The phone in the new apartment wasn't working, so we had to walk back to their check-in counter to tell them, which luckily was a bit closer to our new location, but still annoying. We got chocolates for our troubles and a free shuttle back to the airport.

Modern apartment in ruined old building
This apartment is very modern and comfortable. Nice small kitchen and modern bathroom. Area is close to center and shops/ cafes. Big minus is the entrance to the building. Literally the stairs and foyer look as if WWll just took place. If you can get over the shock of entering the place the apartment itself is quite fine. Could use a pair of black out curtains. The simple netting does not keep the light out.

Nice room and central
The room was really good but the building was in a really poor condition. Really good that the company offers transfers to and from the airport for a very good price!

No heat, sleep in jacket or bring your own heater
First of all this is not a hotel - it's a number of apartments spread throughout the city and reception desk is a separate location you have to visit in order to check in/check out. Our apartment had no heat and we had to sleep in our jackets as it's late November and weather is not helping with that. So in general I won't recommend this place for your stay especially during cold weather season.

The apartment was in a great location. Close to many nice restaurants, the mall, Maidan and downtown. The apartment was in great condition. The common areas and elevator were sketchy, as always, but overall a great place to stay in Kiev.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Even when I locked my key inside my apartment they were very kind and quickly unlocked the door for me. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Kiev.

Ok men svårt att veta vart man hamnar.
Helt ok lägenhetsuthyrning. Dock oklart på hemsidan och vid bokning vart man får bo. Vart skjutsade till vår lägenhet som var ok. Vi kunde inte påverka var den var.

Comforting and secure
After getting accustomed to driving in Kiev, finding the street was great but finding the apartment was a little tricky, because no one mentioned the entrance to the apartment was behind the Building. It was very secure to stay, and it was comforting for me. 2, people maximum. Still everything was within walking distance. You can't beat it for the price as well, I am going back because one trip was not enough.

not a good conditions to stay
it was cold inside, it was not possible to fill the bath- boiler is too small to fill the bath, hard to manage water temperature in shower. Carpet was dirty and floor was scratched . Towel dryer is not working

The first apartment was comfortable and clean by Kiev's standards. The Wi-Fi and cable TV did not work but things are different in Ukraine. It is not uncommon for things to not work. I needed to check out at noon and the agent found me a second apartment that is nicer but has no hot water for a bath which is something I need right now. But the people I dealt with were pleasant and helpful,

Kiva huoneisto keskustan sykkeessä
Huoneisto sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla aivan keskustassa joten liikkuminen nähtävyyksiin, ravintoloihin ja kauppoihin oli helppoa. Huoneisto oli siisti ja täysin kalustettu myös ruuanlaittoa ajatellen, tästä plussaa! Miinuksena voisin mainita rappukäytävän siisteyden ( erittäin yleistä entitisissä Neuvostomaissa) lisäksi erittäin tylsän leipäveitsen ja huonosti toimivan kuvaputkitelevision. Ehdottomasti jäi kuitenkin positiiviset mielikuvat!

Busy street not a good idea if you need a rest
It was OK overall, however, the studio apartment was not on Saksaganskogo str. but 2 blocks away. It was just like on picture though. Reception 20 minutes walk from the apartment...well... not a good beginning if you have a heavy suitcase. Anyway, I was offered a free taxi ride to the location - thanks for that a lot! As for the flat itself. It's located in a conventional (very old) building. the locks on the front door were broken:-( Inside: as a picture shows, it's really true, good Wi-Fi, nice furniture, even washer machine was there! Nevertheless, the street is extremely noisy! If you open the window you won't hear the TV! And you cannot sleep with windows closed as there is no air ventilation at all! It was a suffocating night for me:-( Air condition system barely works, it was really hot inside:-( Well, maybe it's better in winter or other season but in summer I will think twice next time.

I called front desk and asked to clean my room and nobody ever showed up so had to clean dirt my self but overall it was good in great location!!!

God engelsk-talende service fra Partner Guest House. Tre gange rengøring i løbet af 14 dage, der måtte godt have været en enkelt mere. Værelset fint, men indgang og opgang i ejendommen ikke velholdt, og elektriciteten i ejendommen svigtede kortvarigt to gange. Vaskemaskine og rigtig god Wi-fi i lejligheden. God beliggenhed, tæt på restauranter metro og bus. Jeg er godt tilfreds med opholdet.

Great room,corrupted management. - never again
I was staying at the place for 16 days, The first days were great, The location is the best you would fine in kiev but I wouldn't be going there back. The hotel management seemed to have a very quick response and staff that takes care quite quickly on complainants. The cleaning lady is a disaster that you wouldn't like to tackle in any hotel. Things have disappeared from the apartment. The main problem was a couple of days before I left, I have filled a police complainant due to an hijack attempt and asked the hotel to pay attention to my safety after I saw people which weren't residing nor apart of the stuff going through the path hall which is only for 2 apartments of the company (since I was familiar with the people residing in the other apartment), what happened is that someone had an access to my apartment and an alarm that I'd installed was buzzing at 03:55 AM. The management told that they'll send an IT manager to check the entries at 2 PM on Monday (the day that I left), when I asked before to check out at 4 pm they agreed though at Monday they got me out of the apartment around 13:35 and have sent the cleaning lady to do the job. No IT guy or any comment afterwards. The place itself was great but definitely a place to stay away from.

Il y a quelques défauts dans cet appartement. C'est dommage car globalement l'appartement est très très bien! Le lit est très bien, l'adresse est très bien, la salle de bain est très bien, la cuisine est très bien équipée, l'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure donc il est très calme,... cet appartement a vraiment beaucoup de qualités! Mais il y a quelques problèmes. La lumière de la salle de bain fonctionne mal (parfois long à l'allumage, parfois des clignotements) malgrès plusieurs interventions du technicien. L'ascenseur est très petit et, dans tous les cas, il faudra monter un étage à pied. Ce n'est pas très difficile, mais disons que l'ascenseur n'arrive pas directement au niveau de la porte d'entrée. C'est dommage. Malgrès la présence d'un port SD sur la grande télévision, il a été impossible de lire une vidéo, alors que d'habitude, sur n'importe quelle télévision, ces vidéos fonctionnent.

Bra lägenhet
Den var helt ok, jättefin lägenhet. Nära centrum och bra med affärer och restauranger i närheten. Tyvärr så var lägenheten på våning sex och hissen fungerade inte, så det blev alltför mycket motion i trapporna.

Nice and bright
This apartment was nice with a lot of light. The location was not too far from the metro but it did require walking up a hefty hill every day. Would have been nice if the kitchen came stocked with essentials like salt and oil, but otherwise it was great!

Average location for downtown kiev. Weird sign in to hotel but modern, nice clean and comfortable once settled.

De givne oplysninger om dette "hotel" er misvisende, idet der ikke er tale om et hotel, men om lejligheder. Dette står ikke anført. Hertil kommer, at nøglen til lejligheden skal afhentes et helt andet sted, end lejligheden ligger - dette er ikke så nemt, medmindre man har en lokal hjælper med - det havde jeg heldigvis. Lejligheden var i øvrigt ren og pæn. Internettet var meget langsomt, og den angvne "provider" fandtes ikke. De ville have været rart at være forberedt på disse forhold.

Partner guest house reception and management staff, were excellent and always helpful. Apartments are a mix of sparsely decorated Units, scattered about the central city area. Expect apartment building entrances to be a bit behind the times, dingy and sometimes inconvenient. The rooms however are quite adequate and for the most part well located. A market to stock your kitchen is not always handy. Taking advantage of the staff's offer to "pre-stock" various foods and beverages is well worth the service charge. I have used Partner Guest House several times and will again.

Nice apartment in centre
A bit strange was the reception, since at the address there was only a reception; the apartment was a couple of blocks away. Nice room with good amenities, a little shop nearby, in a slightly decrepit building. Poor view. I got the one with the red bed on the photo, but it will depend on availability. Also, it's nice to live approximately as a local (albeit for one day), with your own key.
