공항픽업서비스도 좋았고 근처 지하철도 가깝고 산책겸 걸어서 시내까지 충분히 갈수 있어 만족할만한 호텔이다 직원들도 모두 친절하고 방상태에 완전만족 다음에도 여기를 이용하고싶다

On early April 2019, I stayed at the Sherborne ApatHotel which, I recommended while vacationing in Kiev. Before my arrival at Kiev the staff at Sherborn meet me at the KSP Airport and provide me transportation to and from the Hotel, great service. I spent a week at Sherborn and the price was fantastic. The rooms are a mixture modern convinces and architecture of the rooms are of classical Victorian style. The rooms are environmentally friendly that provide passive solar heated windows which make for comfortable temperature inside the rooms. The hotel provides maid service every day that ensure the rooms are spotlessly clean. Further, the Sherborn provides marble fished bathroom which provide a pleasant atmosphere in getting ready to explore the city of Kiev. My room consisted of a wonderful clean kitchen for cooking if one prefers to cook and the Sherborn is also centrally located to fine restaurants well within walking distance from the hotel. The city of Kiev provides a wonderful sense of security and the staff at the Sherborn are courteous and they are interested in the comfort of their customers. I highly recommend staying at the Sherborn for a pleasant visit to the city of Kiev.

Friendly staff always prepared to help to make your trip and stay as comfortable as possible. I stay here with 3 generations of my family and all enjoyed our time there, it’s a great base from which to explore the city.

Hårda sängar! Första rummet jag fick var på 8 våningen. Ingen Hiss. Fick gå. Efter ett dygn fick jag nytt rum. på första våningen. = Bra. Det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet. De hämtar frukost från en restaurang. Wi- Fi var bra till ocn från. Ingen uppkoppling vissa tider.

Quiet Aparthotel in a lovely part of Kiev.
We were very happy with all aspects of Sherborne Hotel. Great area which had a quiet residential feel yet very close to excellent restaurants and attractions, such as Pecherska Lavra and the beautiful parklands. The staff were very helpful. We slept soundly every night even through the thunderstorm that swept through Kiev during our stay. We would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to stay in a large hotel.

Great apartments with good transport links
Stayed five nights and had a great time. Close to Arsenelna station (the deepest in the world!) with easy access across the city. Staff are great - helpful and responsive. No lifts so a bit of a climb, depending on which floor you're on but not a problem unless you're mobility impaired.

Great apartment near metro
The welcome is genuine and the apartment modern and clean. Close to major attractions and metro 5 minutes walk away. Have stayed here before and will stay again. One word of caution is there is no lift so request a ground floor or low floor apartment as the 10 flights of stairs is great for fitness if you have the apartment at the top of the house. They do assist with bags however. The owner can organize taxis back to the airport and excursions. We were a party of 7 and she organized a large car for us. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to you.

good apartment with excellent location.1 stop from central kiev and within walking distance of marinsky park and other tourist attractions. staff are very helpful and good english spoken. apartments are clean and modern but be warned no lift.

My second stay at this hotel, the staff were again fantastic. The property is centrally located and in easy reach of much of historic and beautiful Kiev. Quiet, safe and clean. English speaking staff and a friendly atmosphere. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone wanting to experience Kiev.

Centrally located comfortable and clean
You feel welcome from the moment you arrive, friendly English speaking staff promptly process your check in and see you to your apartment. The room I had was modern, clean and well furnished. A stocked ‘mini bar’ ensured I was able to make tea and coffee immediately upon arrival. There is 24 hour grocery store very close by and some wonderful restaurants. The area is quiet and safe, and very close to a lot of the sights and locations of central Kiev. A great place to stay . I had one minor issue during my stay , a plumbing fault , this was dealt with within 10 minutes of me raising the issue with the front desk, very good service. I will definitely use these Apartments again on my subsequent visits. I honestly cannot rate them highly enough.

great staff, very comfortable spacious room. i only had 1 downside was no elevator. but not many floors and everything else about hotel more then made up for it. i will stay there next time i come to kiev.

Prepaid for 2 nights, after long journey arrived to be told they had overbooked no room for us. Did not try and contact us to let us know, I booked room 10 days earlier no concern shown totally unacceptable ruined my plans.

superb find in central kiev
just off the main road and close to the metro and major attractions, this is a great place to stay. english speaking staff and very helpful with lovely appointed apartments. apart from the 8 flights of stairs this was a perfect hotel. there are porters to assist with luggage but if stairs are not your thing ask for an apartment on a lower floor. highly recommended.

Well located, but not much in terms of amenities. Furniture is quite old, but a + for air conditioning in the bedroom, - for not air conditioning anywhere else. Beware, no elevator, so make sure that you get a room in a lower floor or travel light...

Sherborne is only few minutes from the city Subway
I was soo pleased to stay in Sherborne Apt /Hotel. It is a such a beautiful, very clean and quiet place. Has a well equipped kitchen! This is really important to me when I travel so I can cook a little and eat healthier. The Hotel is located in the most Historical area of the city, and about 5 minutes walking distance from the Subway. Several food shops and restaurants just around the corner. The service was great! The Administration and the people in service were so warm and loving. I would highly recommend this Hotel to everyone who plans to travel to Kiev !

Hotellet ligger i rolig og sentralt område. Litt bråkete varmesystem på rommet som vi har bodd i. Ellers oppholdet var utrolig fint.

Excellent apartment and staff but no lift
The apartment was really nice, actually the best we have ever stayed on this price, stocked with the essentials as milk, water etc, tea and coffee making facilities and everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. 24 hours supermarket nearby, the underground station and the famous Lavra about 7-10 minutes walk. The only drawback was that the apartment was on the 6th floor and there was no lift.

Want a suite and a kitchen? This is your spot.
The was excellent and responsive. Very friendly and helpful at all hours. The room was in great condition and clean. House keeping was exceptional. It borders a main street that leads straight to the city center. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hatten bis zum Zimmer im 5 Stock 96 Stufen zu bewältigen. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind allerdings nicht sehr komfortabel. Zudem war der Backofen und Föhn defekt. Nach Reklamation wurde umgehend ein neuer Föhn und eine Mikrowelle gebracht. Für einen kurztip ist das Hotel OK, da zetral gelegen und alles in der nähe ist.

Friendly, clean, good location
I was in Kiev for 5 days, the first four nights I stayed with one of the popular apartment however it was full on the 5th day, and i found Sherborne with similar price, so I booked it. They gave me what they promised, everything was great, staff who served me was very friendly, helpful. My rooftop room was one of the best with this price, only thing was climbing to 6th floor was tiring but that was not a big issue for me. Highly recommend and I will stay with Sherborne again!!

Perfect for business and leisure in KIev
I stayed for a week in this excellent apartment that I will use again. The staff were first class and can arrange a pick up from the airport. The apartment is close to the metro that saved on time and travel. There are local bars and shops so you can save on eating and use the apartment kitchen facilities. The cleaner was excellent and I cannot find fault with the apartment or service.

Fantastic service and quality - as ever!!
As return visitors to The Sherbourne my wife, nine month old and myself used the hotel on this occasion as a stopping off point as part of a longer journey, confident on the high level of service and the transfer services for travel too and from the hotel. As ever our high expectations were perfectly met by this delightful team of dedicated staff - we will be returning no doubt about that, as this very well maintained and spotlessly-clean hotel continues to deliver everything we need when we travel to Kiev city.

Nice room but I selected a room with a balcony but there was none available on check in. I knew there was no elevator so I requested a room in the lower floors but got the top floor of building with six floors.

Great stay after long flight
We arrived to KBP airport at 10:30 pm and were met by hotel's driver. The hotel is located in a very good area within walking distance to parks, metro stations and central part of Kiev. The room was very nice. Instead of studio we got suit with three bedrooms and fully furnished kitchen. Great value for the price! The only disadvantage is that they don't have an elevator and there are 6 floors.

Sherborne Apart Hotel offers beautifully designed apartments where everyone will find all the facilities and services of a luxury hotel, while enjoying the privacy, comfort and relaxed environment of home. Located in the most prestigious part of Kiev, our hotel has the best location in the elite residential area of downtown. Kreshatyk – main street is only 5 minutes by car from our hotel. As attested by countless feedback from a myriad other guests. We understand your possible dissatisfaction, given that we had to ask your female guests to leave during the night to the amount of noise emanating from your flat, which was disturbing the peace and quiet for other guests.

Everything was perfect !
The location is 10 minutes walk from the Lavra and other interesting sites to visit including the "Holodomor" and the metro is also about the same distance. Young women who welcome at the reception are very competent and answer all questions with a smile and the solution. Security is provided day and night by guards very friendly and discrete. The cleanliness of the apartment is provided every day perfectly! There is everything you need in the apartment, storage space, a small well-equipped kitchen and a perfect bathroom and well equiped too. It's very quiet, day and night, inside a building yard. In the vicinity there are all the shops and a supermarket open day and night (H24). I would definitly stay here again!
