The smoke detector was hanging down by the wires…don’t know if it was functioning or not. Both table lamp bases were rusted. The whole room was very dated. For a Wyndham motel very disappointed. Our stay at the super 8 in Dillon the night before was excellent. No comparison

One out of two sinks drained sufficiently. Couch wooden table end saturated with sticky/tacky substance like soda or juice. Remote would not turn tv on/off but every other control button worked. Clothes drier out of service. Breakfast bar juice dispenser out of service. No entry through back door.

This hotel is HORRIBLE. I made a reservation online. When we showed up there was no one at the desk to check us in. They had a phone number to call. I called the number. The front desk phone rang. Naturally, no one answered. We ended up having to find another hotel room. Now they refuse to refund the money for a room that we could not access.

Great room and bathroom. Easy walk to Old Town and buses but area a bit run down on the way there. Helpful staff although did not realise there were on site kitchen facilities until last day!

I reserved a king bed but got what looked to be one full. Seemed more trouble than it was worth to rectify. Everything else was as expected for this teir hotel, though the room in the picture was a lot nicer and looked bigger than what we ended up with. Everything considered, you get what you pay for, which in this case was decent.

I liked the fact that the rooms were clean, and the manager worked with us when we needed to switch rooms because we needed to stay an extra night and our current room was not available, they didn't make us check out and re check in

Never use them again when I come back to visit.
It was terrible. This place was run down. Someone dropped their foods across from my room and it was not clean up and I had a lady being loud and pounding the door across from me as well. They do not have any extra towels that we asked for due to 5 people in my room with only 2 towels. The juice machine is broken and it is nothing to eat beside store bought muffins, fruit cups, tiny juice boxes and etc. I am surprised there is no cereals or milks at all. That is not even close to what other hotels provided. And you can not access to any door with your card they gave you. You must use front door to get in. So inconvenient when you have to park your car other side of the building.
