The hotel is deteriorating in terms of service and cleanliness. Rooms and carpets are dirty and on the 1st morning the room was not cleaned. Bed was pulled right, but towels still on the floor, dirty bins, dirty bathroom and fridge. Overall poor cleaning and condition of room. Went to 5th floor for coffee and waited for ages with no waiter to be located. Eventually she rocked up and we were served with no apology or smile or in fact any emotion. Food generally not bad, however bad experience with fish not being the usual fresh good quality. Restaurant staff are friendly but not very efficient. Never seen so many guests waving hands to no avail. Rather disappointing considering the fact that we are frequent visitors to the hotel. Really hope the overall service improves and matches the star-grading.
