We stayed in a dog friendly room. Our blanket was NOT clean, there were red stains in it and something that looked like mud or poop. We hardly got any sleep because there was a draft and our door moved with the draft and kept us up all night.

Floor was dirty. Limited trash cans outside; this was inconvenient if you have pets. Our room was next to the ice machine, which disturbed the dogs. Repairs in the room were poorly made. The shower leaked and sprayed water everywhere. For breakfast, the juice machine was out of order, no cereal, coffee tasted terrible. I would not recommend this hotel.

I reserved this location. Because I was staying 4 nights and let me tell you. This place did not disappoint. It was furnished with pots and silveraware, anything you could think of. The quality inn is next door Which is also a wonderful place but from now on. I believe i'm going to stay at main stay and reserve a suite again Because the price is right and the quality is good

If you don’t expect a lot lot of then, that will be good property for you. There is a lot of construction going on not the cleanest not the dirtiest if you just wanna sleep there is a decent Semi chance. Nothing will be walking over you.

Definitely a Value property. If you're a family, with kids ... You're way ahead. Multi days stays are convenient to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Cherokee. Full refrigerator, range, dishwasher, many TV channels... Conveniently less than a mile from the Tyson McGee Airport on the Alcoa Highway

My experience was okay overall. They have alot of construction going on which I can understand. However I had no hot water at all the entire trip and just didnt have a welcoming vibe with all the work going on. The staff was pleasant though and housekeeping was great as well.

Terrible water pressure in the shower. Ac units need to be updated. Elevators are terribly slow for a 3 story building. Remodeling construction noise which is fine, work needs to be done at some point without haulting the production of business but too early in the mornings for guests that may have a late night out like i did after an event.

We booked a suite with a pull out couch. When we opened it there was so much garbage stuck and the sheets from the previous person were still on there. When we arrived people were right outside of the door smoking. There were cigarette butts everywhere right outside the front door. When we went to the front desk it was obvious the hotel was under construction. We checked in and went to our room. Right outside of our room where men working on the walls outside. For 3 hours we heard the backup sound you hear from a vehicle right outside of our window. As my husband looked out the window a roach crawled out from behind the TV. I called the front desk about the noise and the roach. They offered to spray our room. I said uh no, I'm not wanting that in our room right now. I them saw my daughter smack the counter she said she smashed an ant. Nope it was another roach. I had to use the bathroom and looked on the floor and there was another roach. Then another by the toilet. We had decided to pack up and leave at this point. As we were packing another roach crawled on the wall right behind the bed. It went under the picture on the wall. We quickly grabbed our stuff and we issued a refund. Do not stay here. The staff was really nice. But so not worth it

I got a great rate and I really wanted to like this hotel, but there were some issues that kept it from being a great stay. It’s near the airport in an area that seems to be going through a lot of development. (Lots of new streets and construction.) This hotel seems like it is an older property that has had recent renovations, and some of the parking spaces are taken by construction equipment. The desk clerk at check in was friendly and attentive. My room had a kitchenette. The bed was comfy and the pillows were great. The problems seemed to be all related to renovations that were not done well. The countertops seemed like new marble (nice), but the cabinets were cheap wood and falling apart. Caulking around the tub was messy. Bathroom faucet was lose and moved around when turning the water on and off (like it had not been securely fastened to the counter). There were a few drywall patch jobs that were sloppy. The A/C unit…well, the entire plastic housing was detached from the unit and just sat on the floor, exposing the guts of the heater/air conditioner. It worked, but it was just sloppy and potentially unsafe. I got the sense that the owners were trying to up their game to compete with a couple of competitors with brand new properties nearby, but the quality of the work was just sub-par. I wish them well, I really do. If they continue to offer low rates, it might be worth putting up with these kinds of things, the choice is yours.

The bed was very comfortable. Our door didn’t shut all the way. Fridge and heater were very loud. The room was smelly and had some hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours. Did not have hot water for a shower. Breakfast options were very limited. Would not choose to stay here again.

Very comfortable bed. The lamp beside the bed didn’t work. No USB ports anywhere. The refrigerator made noises remarkably similar to the noises my dog makes when she is deep cleaning herself. The breakfast was grits, eggs and waffle iron. Overall nicer than most for the price.
