We did not receive what we booked we ended up with 2 single beds that were too small for grown adults. They need to update those beds.

Worst hotel experience ever
Check out time is 11:00. I call the reception and kindly request check out at 12:00. Rude reseptionits told me if I sign up best westerns membership program then I can stay until 12:00 for free, otherwise I have to pay 10€ for 1 hour. When I asked her what kind of 4 star hotel is this ? She rudely replayed this is what best western is. For more then 20 years I'm traveling all around world. This was my worst hotel experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Clean and convenient
Very clean and convenient to the Munich airport. If you like beer and beer history, I would recommend making a trip to the Weihenstephan brewery (15-20 min drive away).

No aircon, not great value
We spent one night here as a stopover while driving on the Romantic Road and stayed in a junior suite. Unfortunately, it has more negatives than positives. The hotel is very clean and located in a quiet area with a few restaurants nearby. The on-site dining place is only for breakfast and they do give you a 10% discount card for dining at the restaurant of their sister hotel across the street. Although my booking through hotels.com was for 3 persons including a 12-year old, the reception charged me an extra 20 Euros, indicating that it was their policy for the third person above 11 years. The room does not have a proper dining table but rather a stand-up counter top. The kitchenette was however well equipped. The biggest downside of this place is the lack of air conditioning which is telling if you are travelling in summer. Although a notice in the room indicated that there are fans available from the reception, none was available for us, suggesting there was probably only a handful. While the windows can be opened at night, we stayed in a room facing a nearby church. The church bell chimes every 15 minutes throughout the night including the wee hours. Certainly makes for a most interrupted sleep, especially on a hot summer's night. Only the surface car-park is free and lots can be limited.

Excellent German breakfast had everything including cheeses, cold cuts, salmon, eggs, sausages, Mellon and many types of bread and mini rolls. The staff was very friendly. There was plant of Parkin for the guests.

Decent hotel in a good location !
Very decent hotel in a good location. Just two points like to point out to travellers. 1. The hotel entrance is hard to access by car based on the proximity of the closed off walking area with the pub and movie theater right next to it. Parking is extremely tight and limited. You must move your vehicle by 08:00 if you parked in the area servicing the pub/theater !!! 2. Rooms have no AC.

THE BELLS!!! They killed my sleep!
The worst night sleep ever!!!!! Church bells ring every 15 minutes and ringing the time on every hour even throughout the night. Didn't get a wink of sleep!!!! If I knew about the bells I would not of stayed!

Nice hotel
Stayed 2 nights in a New Generation room. Room and bathroom were clean, bed comfortable. Staff was friendly, and breakfast buffet was plentiful. Free parking on a small park deck, which is fine for small cars, but larger cars have a hard time maneuvering due to the pillars holding the structure. Will stay there again, when in the area. Grocery store, drug store, bank and cinema all in walking distance, as are restaurants and a nice Cafe.

Great break from crazy AirbandB
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was such a well designed room( one of the newly remodeled rooms). I love the shower design (drain in three wall!) -so clever The bed was perfect. The storage space was very convenient for the luggage and clothes. The room was free of the usual clutter. We are traveling with 4 seasons of clothes, so keeping track of things is much easier in a very simple envirnment. The use of the mural to expand the room was very effective. Internet was great. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS ASSTOUNDING! There is nothing that was missing a person could ask for. They even cook edges however you would like them if you request! Our desk check-in was great and welcoming. She even spoke English And gave us pointer for what to see in the area- with a great friendly smile. Parking was free and safe. The best we have had in Europe so far.

Good hotel near Augsburg
This is a fine hotel and not too expensive. Koenigsbrunn is close to Augsburg but also close to nice open country. The main problem I found, which distracted from the stay, was that the church bells ring every quarter hour once, at 30 minutes twice and the number of hours on the hour, for example 12 times at midnight. There are 3 churches close by and this made sleeping with an open window somewhat tedious.

This is a compel aged review. Please read till end. The first night our rom was very hot,very noisy, the windows hardly opened for some air. It was small, no safe.overall bad. I asked right away for a change and the girl said we have no vacancies for your whole stay.. Next morning after falling asleep at 3 pm because it seemed as though the people outside were next to me talking..I asked to change rooms and the clerk said. No problem for 10 euros fee. They gave us a room with air conditions, a big bed bigger bathroom, safe , quiet, new furnishings. Great"! So how can I review this room. It went from horrible to great. It would have been great if the clerk the night befor would have changed our room immediately. So if you stay here make sure you stay in the nice part of hotel if not it will be a bad experience. The breakfast was great. Mrs. Burkhardt who helped us the 2nd day was curtious and very helpfyll. Thank you

Dear Charlene, even if your feedback fails for our hotel, I want to thank for it. For us it is always a concern that our guests are satisfied, to now we did not succeed with you. Our hotel has 2 categories: Business and New Generation, the price differs by 10 Euro per room / night. Both categories are clean and well maintained, generally gets our hotel very good reviews, especially for the cleanliness and the condition of the rooms. Every guest has the choice even if he wants to reserve the elderly Business category or the whole new New Generation category. You had chosen the business category. Your room # 321 was unfortunately located with TWIN beds and on the street side, not a double bed as ordered. I'm sorry. Our hotel was fully booked during the week of your stay and we were no longer possible to consider in your case, the desires, because you had booked only 2 days before arrival in the short term. For guests who would like to chat at night outside the hotel, we can not help it personally. Our reception staff member has offered you a room change in the higher New Generation category, which costs 10 euros per night more. This award was presented to you also calculated, which is correct. We stayed here to go see the Christmas market, which was only a 15-20 minutes drive away in Augsburg. The hotel was comfortable, with parking, a spacious room, delicious breakfast, and very polite and helpful staff.

Pleasantly surprised...we had a two-room suite with a kitchen and spotlessly clean bedroom. After a lot of German guesthouses in the rural areas with few amenities, this had it all. The internet was good, too. The only downside was parking. There was no room in the designated places, and we had to go underground, which didn't work too well the first two times. But in the end, it was fine. We enjoyed being able to make tea in the room and keep everything cold in a refrigerator. We would absolutely stay here again. Great value!

Ideal for business or social stay, can't fault it
Very modern and well kept hotel, everything clean and fresh (stairwell was being repainted and re-treaded but didn't look in need! Nice location in small town, good facilities nearby. Wifi offered and reasonable connection speed. No complaints with nice breakfast too.

Good hotel with modern facilities near Augsburg
Stayed there for two nights because it was very close to Augsburg yet quiet location. One hour from Neuschwanstein castle and about one hour from Munich. Very satisfied with the room size and comfort. We had to leave earlier though since it was too far from airport (about 1.5 hour drive) to catch early morning flight.

Noisy Location
This is not a 4 Star hotel. It has no own restaurants, nor a swimming pool. Although the hotel is close to several long distance cycle tracks there is no safe overnight storage for bicycles, unless you book the garage for a charge. The hotel has no air conditioning, and no fly screens by the windows. If you want fresh air at night, it comes with traffic noise from the main road, and with stinging insects (Schnaken). The breakfast offered is continental with a touch of hot items.

Decent 3* hotel
Very welcoming and smiling staff, helpful in all respects. OK breakfast, nothing special. Ample free parking onsite. Cleanliness and service was excellent.

Friendly service, comfortable family accomodation
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Europlatz. We picked this town as it was central to Munich, Legoland Germany and Neuschwanstein Castle (all about one hour drive), and this hotel was so nice to come back to each day. The people were very nice and extremely helpful, the room was very comfortable for my family of four - two adults and two children, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. If I get to southern Germany again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely hotel in the middle of nowhere
This was a stopover between Prague and Milan. Great restaurant, nice room, clean, friendly staff....couldn't ask for more. it suited our needs well.
