Dear hotel guest, I think we agree that until you checked out, your stay was to your complete satisfaction! Unfortunately, as you and we now know, Expedia provided us with incorrect credit card details for your prepaid (with Expedia, not us) trip! The debit of the money was tried several times and was aborted each time! After your other 6 credit cards were not accepted, for whatever reason! Did we agree on cash payment. Expedia was not reachable by phone at that time! When you came back, your wife was so aggressive towards us that she threw office supplies!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, with all the challenges... That's not possible! D I threatened with the police! When you left our house in a rage, I repeatedly tried to contact Expedia. What was achieved after an eternal wait. There it was determined that the credit card details for our debit were not properly transmitted to us! Also that you have already paid for your trip with Expedia! Then we set everything in motion. That your money WILL be refunded to you. Expedia assured us that and it was arranged immediately. We will tell you within an hour by phone.... Which you thanked very kindly.
