Wir waren hauptsächlich zum Tauchen auf Koh Tao, sodass wir eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Tauchschule ausgesucht haben. Optisch ist das Hotel auch relativ schick und sauber und es ist schon in Ordnung, wenn man es anonym mag.. Der Service war dagegen nicht wirklich gut, es gab keinen Laundry Service, nur den Klopapier-Mülleimer im Zimmer, keinen zusätzlichen Müll außerhalb des Bads und das Personal wirkte wenig bemüht, auf Fragen einzugehen. Bspw. Frage nach einer Schüssel/einem Eimer, um einen Sonnenbrand zu kühlen: nee, haben wir nicht. Es wirkt nicht dramatisch, aber es hat uns schon irritiert, weil wir es aus anderen Unterkünften kennen, dass mehr Hilfsbereitschaft gezeigt wird. Einen Roller konnten wir dort mieten, der war aber in schlechtem Zustand, die Bremsen sollten unbedingt erneuert werden! Leider waren die Rollerparkplätze auch recht knapp bemessen. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, aber schon störende Dinge.

Nice tidy rooms and comfortable beds, air conditioning works well. Decent food at the bar. On site motorbike rental is very convenient. Helpful staff. Nice stay overall, would recommend.

Great experience at Chaantalay. Staff was wonderful. Centrally located. Good eatery's all around. Room was modern, comfortable and clean.

Muy bueno, considerar ubicación
El lugar es muy limpio, se nota que es bastante nuevo y las habitaciones son muy agradables. La zona de la piscina muy grata y bonita. Limpieza muy bien también. Lo único a considerar es la ubicación, OJO es un poco alejado de la playa Sairee, aunque si tiene bastantes servicios al rededor, es una caminata de al menos 15 a 20 minutos para la playa. Puedes arrendar moto acá mismo y eso facilita todo. Ademas es silencioso, por si quieres estar lejos de los bares y fiestas de la playa. El personal es muy agradable también. Lo recomiendo 100%

Bra och prisvärt på ön
Bra prisvärt hotell i modern stil. Lite hård säng för mig. Men hotellet skulle kunna lösa det med en mjukare extra madrass på sängen. Bra städning varje dag och motorcyklar finns för uthyrning utan att man behöver oroa sig för att bli lurad.

Amazing hotel!
This hotel was one of our favourites on our trip around Thailand. It was modern and extremely clean, the rooms were large and comfortable and the pool area was stunning. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, carrying our bags to our room and providing a free lift down to the pier when leaving. We extended our stay on the first night as we never wanted to leave. Location is fab, just a 5/10 minute walk down to the main restaurants/bars/beach. Would recommend to anyone staying in Koh Tao.

Good for the price. Friendly, helpful staff. Just thought It’s important to note when you check in you get charged a 500 baht key deposit. Obviously you get it back at check out if there’s no damage/loss of the key however as we were travelling on a budget and didn’t expect this cost we had to re-budget

Sehr ruhige Lage, toller Pool, eigene Küchenzeile im Zimmer, großer Balkon mit Fliegengitter. Armatur im Bad könnte man etwas besser reinigen, da total verkalkt.

Hotel récent et propre. Personnel très accueillant et mettant tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour se passe au mieux L'hotel est au calme mais un peu éloigné du centre de Sairee et de la plage (même si cela se fait très bien à pied)

Hôtel bien situé à 10 mn à pied du centre animé de Sairee, construction récente et soignée. Personnel très sympathique pour la plupart. Côté direction, ils ne sont pas très arrangeants, très peu de réponse aux mails que nous leur avons envoyés. Le taxi de l'hôtel est arrivé avec près d’une heure de retard pour nous récupérer au ferry, ils nous avaient tout simplement oublié ! Petit déjeuner assez décevant ou le choix est très limité : un plat et une boisson pas plus.

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, beautiful pool and gardens. Good wifi, warm water showers, close to shops/restaurants. Stayed here a year ago, nothing has dated. Would definitely stay again

We came during off-season so for the price we paid this place was excellent. Super clean, a nice small little gym and a great pool (although it closes at 8). The staff were very kind and helpful and our room was great as well. Always hot water, they cleaned everyday during the hours we were out and during our 3 day stay they changed sheets and towels twice (which they told us they'd do ahead of time).

Love everything about this hotel, very nice, very clean, big room, very good swimming pool, not far from walking street full of shops and restaurants but very quiet place. The value of hotel is a lot more than I paid. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Thanks for giving me the best comfortable and unforgetable trip in Koh Tao....

Amazing
Wonderful hotel, wonderful Island. Nice, big modern and very clean rooms. It’s walking distance to Sairee Beach, which makes it a great place to stay if one prefers a more low-key location, but still near to restaurants, bars, shops or diving schools.

Clean et bien situé
Un hotel propre avec une piscine agréable, plutot bien situé à proximité des différents bars/restau, etc, sans toutefois être en plein centre. Les chambres sont modernes et clean. Attention, toutes n'ont pas un balcon donnant sur l'extérieur. Navette gratuite pour vous chercher et déposer au pier.

Avons séjourné 4 nuits au Chaantalay. Très bel hotel au niveau design, la piscine le soir est magnifique, dommage qu’on ne puisse pas s’y baigner après 20h. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Possibilité de louer scooters sur place. Situé légèrement à l’extérieur de la rue principale de Sairee Beach, parfait pour avoir un peu de tranquillité. Un tout petit peu cher pour un hotel de cette gamme mais je recommande tout de même.

Great staff good location
Staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and professional. Close enough to walk to restaurants and still peaceful at night. My only complaint is the beds and pillow were super firm.

Only allowed 1 key card. Cannot change your towels for 2 days and the maid busted into our room without knocking to clean it at 9 am. Not impressed.

Fresh and easy stay at Chaantalay
Chaantalay Hotel is fresh, clean and in great spot. The pool area is great. Staff is friendly and helpful - they even came to check our room at 5 am when we had to leave early for the ferry.

Superbra hotell, bara en kort promenad från Sairee beach(10min). Fint och fräscht, mycket vänlig personal. Dom hjälpte till att boka resor, hyra moped mm. Har verkligen inget att klaga på förutom en miss med taxin när vi skulle därifrån tidigt på morgonen, vi hade bokat och betalt med hotellet men den kom inte.. Men vi hittade telefonnummer och kunde ringa till personal på hotellet som fick komma iklädd pyjamas och köra oss. Vi hann med båten tillslut.

Très bon hotel
Très bon séjour Personnel très accueillant et au petit soin .Mention spéciale au responsable de l'accueil adorable .Il a meme fait un petit évenement pour mon anniversaire . Les chambres sont belles et très propres .Nous avions une deluxe room celles ci sont spacieuses . Le petit déjeuner est servi tous les matins de 08h30 à 12h30 mais quand nous allions plonger tous les matins nous pouvions prendre le petit déjeuner bien après . Le seul bémol il n'y avait pas toujours de l'eau chaude pour la douche. il est un peu éloigné du centre de Sairee mais c'est plus calme
