사진을 믿었다가는 엄청난 후회가 올것입니다.
왠만하면 이딴거 안 쓰는데 신혼여행 여기로 갔다가 조지고 와서 글 남깁니다. 사진에 있는거랑 너무 다르고 화딱지 납니다. 내가 내 선택으로 간 것이니 어쩔 수 있겠습니까만은.. 사진에서는 2층이 있는 집으로 되어 있어서 약간 바다는 보이겠거니 싶었는데.. 왠일.. 1층 집.. 하... 게다가 시설은 리모델링했다는데 간판만 했는지.. 내부 시설 정말 심각한.. 내가 진짜 태국 현지에 와있다는게 실감 났습니다. 정말 여기에 4일 있으면서 한국 익스피디아로 전화해서 따지고 싶었는데 귀국하고 정신없이 현실적응 하다보니 이제 정신차리고 후기 남깁니다. 하... ㄹㅇ... 객실 요금이나 전화번호 남기면 게시되지 않는다고 해서 남기지 못하는데 진심 여기 물어보실 분들한테 제 번호 오픈하고 하나하나 다 뜯어말리고 싶네요.. 괜히 콘xx나 사xx나 가는게 아니더군요.. 후...

코사무이 풀빌라는 무조건 여기서 :)
코사무이, 말그대로 천국입니다! 예약 후, 몇번의 메일이 오고 갔는데도 매니저분 매우 친절하시고, 도착해서 올때까지 모든 직원분들 굉장히 친절하고, 분위기도 좋고, 풀빌라 참 조용하고, 이쁘고 제 스타일입니다. 다시 간다고 해도 꼭! 이곳으로 가고 싶습니다.

This place is a dream! The people were so kind and so very helpful. Our villa was amazing and very clean. We loved the location, it was quiet but not far from the bustle of the island.

What an amazing experience! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They helped us book a tour, arrange a ride to the airport etc. They went above and beyond service expectations! They even delivered us a surprise cake for my husband’s birthday! The Villa was beautiful, clean, the views breathtaking. Having our own private pool was fabulous. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast and we also ate there for dinner one evening and the food was delicious. I highly highly recommended.

On ne va pas se le cacher, il y a des petites reparations à faire de ci de là. MAIS, la villa est tellement spacieuse et agreable, et nos hôtes tellement accueillants et gentils, qu'on y passe un merveilleux séjour.

We were very disappointed by this hotel. The villas are lovely but unfortunately poorly maintained. We stayed there with my husband for a week which we were looking forward to relaxing in but it was a nightmare. It was impossible to get to sleep as the air conditioning was so noisy. We tried to turn on the fan but it squealed even louder. In addition, the cupboards were very dirty when we arrived, the bathroom sink was blocked and there was a room that was locked which we were unable to use even though we had booked the whole villa. We reported these problems to the manager, but they were only partially resolved, and only one day before our departure, so it was totally pointless. Furthermore, the staff are very disrespectful. On several occasions they took the liberty of entering the villa without warning, even though we had put up a "do not disturb" sign at the entrance. The day before our departure, for reasons we don't know, the house was not cleaned. And finally, we had included breakfasts in our stay, which were a sham, not to say a complete rip-off. Apart from the fact that it was very expensive (there are many places on the island that offer high quality breakfasts 4 times cheaper than here), almost empty, the few choices on offer were pork-based, which is disrespectful for Muslim, Jewish and vegan customers. In short, the island of Koh Samui offers many better quality hotels at lower prices. We invite you to fall back on those and to skip Kanda Residences Pool Villas.

Hadde bestilt 3 roms villa. Hadde blitt oppgradert til 4 roms villa, som ligger på nabotomten. Flott gjort! Eiendommen består av 4 separate bygninger, privat basseng og 2 paviljonger. Dette var overraskende bra. I tillegg grenser eiendommen mot stranden. Utrolig bra hotell. Litt stille område, men enkelt å ta taxi til Chaweng beach. Helt stile og avslappende på egen eiendom som er omkranset av en høy privat mur. Anlegget er ikke nytt og noe preget av tidens tann, men virker som de vedlikeholder etter beste evne. Dette var bra!

Amazing villas and service!
We will come back for sure, all villas have private infinity pool and we were in first line with direct access to the beach. Service is wonderful, always available by WhatsApp and very customer oriented. Special mention to Ms. Pornthip, the best manager!

The unit sizes are very large as these are self contained villas and not essebtially a traditional hotel. We were upgraded to a much larger and better unit with asking beach views. Beach isn't really swimmable there are large rocks.

This was an incredible vacation! We are a family of 6: a couple and 4 kids. The villa has 4 units. A master suite, 2 separate full-size bed units each with their own bathroom and a 4th unit with the living room, kitchen and dining room. There was also a laundry room. Which happened to be amazing. The facility even provided the detergent. They were extremely accomodating and the view was one of the more serene views i have ever seen. I would definitely return!!

The Stay in Kanda Hotel was a fantastic experience, starting off with delicious welcome drinks, explanations of the facilities and golf carts that will drive us around the hotel and to our room for free. Kanda also provides you with a mobile phone with very fast internet speed along with a number of activities and tours to do within and around Ko Samui. If you fancy any of the activities, just simply book one and the hotel will sort everything out for you! The staff here are all terribly friendly and they provide astonishing services that they actually don’t require to do, such as an extended free massage. Furthermore, if you have any questions or requirements, the staff will try the very best to assist you in and out of the hotel, making not just the stay but the journey in and around the island even more pleasant and problem free. In terms of the facilities, I would just say, its exactly like the photos they demonstrated. You have a beautiful private swimming pool with flowers. An amazing view of the private beach the Sea of Samui. – Just book the hotel and you will know.

洗濯機があるのがいい。
1ベッドルームプールヴィラに3泊宿泊しました。リビングルームとベッドルームが別の建物で雨が降っていると濡れるのが不便に感じた。ホテルの周辺は何も無いけど、空港やセントラルまでは車で10分程度で行けるし、洗濯機やキッチンがあるので、ホテルでのんびりと過ごすのにはとても良い。また利用したいと思う。

We loved our private Villa. The only thing I wish is that the living room should have a bathroom and phone. I spent most of the time there and didn’t like it that late at night had to walk outside up to bedroom separate area and to call room services. Beside that the staff and rooftop restaurant was excellent..

Amazing stay as a family
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Kanda residences Pool Villas. We traveled as a family of five- parents, 2 kids and grandma and the layout and size of the 3 bedroom pool villa was just perfect. Service and attention to our needs was amazing. Staff went out of their way to meet our requests and improve our stay. The only draw back was that this is an older resort and though it is well maintained we were a little disappointed with the state. However the views and the area is absolutely stunning.

落ち着いてのんびりしたい方におすすめ。
敷地の目の前に道路があり、島にしてはそこそこの交通量であるが、全く気にならないほど静かで、落ち着いてのんびりすることができた。ヴィラも十分な広さで、非常に快適。プールに入りながら海を眺めることもできる。まさに、なにもしないことの贅沢を味わえる場所。

Beautiful place to stay. Rooms were fantastic and the staff very friendly. Slight building works going on next door but not too loud. I will be staying here again next time.

満足しました。
プールヴィラに宿泊しましたが広くて快適でした。食事も美味しく、サービスも満足でした。ただ、WIFIの電波が弱かったのが唯一残念でした。

Amazing courtyard... but a little worn
Convenient location within easy reach with taxi or tuk-tuk. Very friendly and helpful staff 24/7 and always smiles and greatings. Separate dining room/kitchen/sitting room; not a "luxury" kitchen but fridge, freezer, micro etc. and with basic kitchenware. Mini bar was basic and expensive; nothing "gourmet" but basic wine, alcohol, beer and softdrinks. Main building and our bedroom was in total less than 100-sq-meter.. in our booking was written "1 King Bed 4144-sq-foot (385-sq-meter) room with pool views"??? Courtyard was fantastic; our own private heaven. Comfortable private pool, 3X5 meter, sunbeds and a sala, palm trees and flowers and birds everywhere and TOTAL privacy due to the layout. Fantastic! Villa was worn, cushions etc. in- and outside were stained from long use and so was the carpet in the main buildiing. Pool was worn, numerous repairs with dark tar-like-looking stuff and chalky tiles above water level made it appear less clean. We could not borrow a broom and clean the pool deck from leaves and flowers and birdshit during the the, which consequently attracted many ants and other insects. Despite the above mentioned issues we enjoyed our stay very much - the courtyard was amazing.

Very friendly staff, amazing spacious villa with everything you need.. the pool was really big and if you want a secluded luxury experience look no further

Stay in sea view balcony villa for 2 nights. First floor is living room, kitchen and swimming pool and second floor is the master bed room. It was very nice. We had dinner in rockpool resturant, the view is very good, yet, the food make us little bit disappointed. The private beach with lots of rocks and the waves is big which is not suitable for swimming. The location is quite good as just 5 mins drive to Chaweng beach and restaurant, 10mins to airport.

Kan helt sikkert anbefales
Har været på Koh Samui 4 gange. Har aldrig været i nærheden af at bo så godt som her. Det er helt igennem fantastisk. Eneste ulembe er at der ikke gøres lidt mere for at gøre den private strand imødekommende. Nogle parasoller, ligestole på den vil fuldende oplevelsen, men der er ikke ret langt til nærligende gode strande. Vil helt sikkert bo her igen næste gang turen går til Koh Samui

気さくなスタッフさんばかりです
寝室とリビングが全て離れており、リビングで過ごすのは快適でした。スタッフも素敵な人たちばかりです。海の見える部屋に泊まれればさらに良かったと思います。プライベートビーチはありますが、岩ばかりで海水浴には向いていません。近くのビーチまで移動した方が良いです
